Wonderful outlook. Near all our favourite places. However, definitely not the most comfortable of places. Very small double bed, hard sofa lament flooring even under bed which was very noisy with our Cockapoo. Shower not best positioned, clean-ish and the oven definitely needed a clean!! Sounded like it was taking off when you switched it on . Having said all this owners very nice and it was convenient to where we wanted to be.
The property was great for us and the location idyllic, with views over the owners horses and fields. The forest was within walking distance (wellington boots essential!) and coast and every amenity a short drive away.
Very comfortable and well appointed flat in a pleasant location.
Our only problem was communicating through Vrbo which did not recognise our email address which is South African.
The annex is perfect for 2 adults and their dogs.....
Amazing views, amazing location & owners always available if wanted
Lost count of how many times we've booked over the last couple of years
My daughter and I stayed for a week in this appartment. Everything was there wat we needed: friendly host (quick response) kitchenequipment (even with delicious teabags), bathroom, nice bed and good towels, easy functioning central heating. We even could park our bikes in a stable. The only thing we missed was a lazy chair to sit in after our long cyclingtours and walks.

New Forest ar its best
Great position, really good field/garden for our dog. Parking at property excellent. Some areas could have been cleaner..Generally comfortable.
The annex we stayed in was lovely ..it had all the basic amenities you needed and John had left bread and milk for us ...
The annex is attached to their home and John was very helpful when needed ....
Situated right on the edge of the forest it is a lovely location for walks and enjoying the beautiful New Forest ..
You are advised to probably bring a food shop with you though there is a coop in the village ( 5 minutes in car/ 40 minute walk.) Christchurch isn't far away a lovely place to visit..
All in all a very relaxing stay..thank you John!
A very cosy annex attached to the main house. The owners were very friendly (as were the dogs) and were on hand if I needed anything. The thing that really impressed me was how peaceful the location is - those wishing some night life would be very disappointed! A shortish walk to both Bransgore and Burley, though the elderly and infirm may struggle with some of the hills. A shorter walk (approx. 15 mins.) across the valley to the edge of the New Forest with its wild ponies and cattle. A place to relax and charge up the batteries.
Secluded and peaceful yet well placed for varied days out. The property is comfortable and well equipped with lots of welcoming touches. This was our second visit and hopefully will not be our last.
Good Central location for the New Forest and Bournemouth beaches. We chose it because it was dog friendly and iy certainly was, with a secure area to let the dog out. Directions to the property were a little sketchy and the owner appeared a bit grumpy becsuse we had used the wrong gate. Generally the place was warm and comfortable but could have been a bit cleaner
