Everything is near by villa (restaurants, beach, town, glocery and bakery, ATM and bank, dentist or wellness&spa, rent a boat or bike, doctor and bus station etc) and thatś what makes it so special!
This apartment is completly new, modernt designed, fully equipped with fantastic sea view. The pool is private. Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt. Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt. There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered. Villa is situated on a perfect location.
