About this property

Santa Fe style townhome with 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom has king bed, large walk-in closet and 2-sink on-suite bath. Second bedroom has queen bed and full bathroom nearby. Kitchen is generously equipped. Private patio area provides comfortable seating along with a gas barbeque. Large washer and dryer reside in townhome. All linens and bedding are included as are televisions, cable and internet.

Cambridge Crossing is a community within the larger Westbrook Village. Cambridge Crossing has its own community pool a short walk from the front door. Westbrook Village has two 18-hole golf courses (each with a public restaurant). Shopping, restaurant and entertainment venues are located within easy access of Westbrook.

Renters must comply with Westbrook Village 55+ age restriction and 30 night minimum reservation requirement.

Townhome was recently refurnished to create a lovely Arizona vacation spot. Pets allowed with owner approval.

Great things come in small packages

A great little casita tucked away in a neat little neighborhood HOA. Plenty of greenspace and foilage. Access to a small heated pool and hot tub a block away. Great patio with grill. Hosts are terrific to work with. Friendly neighbors on both sides. Very close to shopping/restaurants. restaurants opportunities

Very clean and comfortable home in an excellent community location

The home is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood pool and hot tub are excellent. The check in and check out are easy with good communication from the hosts. The king bed was good. The home is just like the pictures and descriptions.

Kathy and Craig are great hosts. Responded quickly whenever contacted. The “casita’ was large and clean. The neighborhood was very welcoming, especially Joyce, Janet, Pam, Joanne, Lisa and Geri. A great place

After a horrible stay at another VRBO that I had to vacate due to my puppy being bitten by bugs, wouldn't eat and hide in kennel it was a breath of fresh air to have him eat without being had fed, no bug bite and only went in his kennel to sleep. Our first night was a touch of heaven and all the neighbors were great... Thank you

Great owners!

Craig and Kathy are very friendly and extremely responsive when we've experienced a hiccup, such as the garbage disposal dying. They had a new one installed quickly. They go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their neighbors on both sides are also very welcoming. We love working with the Hoff's and already looking forward to next year with them

Excellent experience at this clean and extremely well stocked home. There is nothing you will need to bring except your clothes and a tooth brush. Beautifully maintained home in a quiet neighborhood with excellent neighbors. I can not say enough about this home. The homeowners are extremely responsive. 10 stars

Westbrook Village Gem

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, our casita was ideal. Located a block away from a heated pool, the community has lots of grass and shade trees unlike many areas of Peoria. Our rental has a great patio, with southern exposure for lots of morning and afternoon sun. The owners are pet friendly so we brought our small dog with us. Plenty of walking areas and numerous other dog owners in the community. Our hosts are great to work with, responding quickly to any questions or concerns we ran into. This was our third year renting from them and will definitely be back next year.

Great location, clean comfortable home

I stayed in this townhome for 4+ months while I looked for a permanent location to relocate to in Arizona. It is perfectly located, clean, nicely equipped kitchen. Very comfortable and has great amenities. Accepted my two cats with no problem.

At Home in the Sun

Kathy and Craig’s home has everything one would want for a wonderful vacation stay. We appreciated all the thoughtful amenities provided. Our hosts always responded promptly to any messages we sent. Our first retirement trip

The entrance is not indicative of the actual casita, looking small from the outside. There was plenty of room, well laid out, extremely clean and well maintained. The patio gets a lot of sun from mid morning to late afternoon. All of the amenities we would need were provided. Though no fault of the owners, access to the shower in the master bath is poorly designed. It needs a pocket door rather than a swinging door.

Great Townhome

Great place to stay

Kathy and Craig were wonderful to work with! They made the process of renting stress free. They have a great place with all the amentities that you need to have a comfortable stay. In addition, the condo has wonderful neighbors. In the two months we stayed there we made many friends throughout Westbrook.

Excellent property!

My husband and I stayed at this property for four months while we waited for our new home to be built. The property owners are wonderful and easy to get a hold of if any questions arise. The neighbors are so kind and the area has many great places to go on walks. Everything we needed was available in the condo. It was a great place to stay while we were in between homes! We would highly recommend it.

Perfect Place. Perfect Location

Great Townhome in a Wonderful Community

This is the second April we have rented this townhome. We were again pleased with this rental. Townhome was clean and furnished appropriately. I can't say enough about the owners. They were again very accommodating to our needs and made sure we had everything necessary for a wonderful stay. The community pool was great and only a short walk away. Very nice place to stay

Very nice place to stay. And well stocked with everything. When we first arrived, the air conditioning was not properly cooling, so contacted the owners and they promptly contacted repairman to come out and get it fixed. The owners are very nice people. The location of the unit is in a very nice neighborhood and quieter part of the metro area, not much traffic yet close to grocery stores, etc. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Phoenix again.

We know there can be challenges finding comfortable and well-equipped vacation homes that welcome vacationers with pets. We decided to create our own 55+ vacation home and share that home with others.
