Luxurious and exquisite decors along with its digital entertainment provides ease to our visitors. You will be having fun in no time with peace of mind. Less than 30 min from all Major attractions. Great stay
We were well welcomed at this property. 3 fridges full of bottled water, muffins, salad and chips for us to snack on at our arrival. Lots of space for the 11 of us who were in this home for 3 weeks. Nice pool lots of tv’s, black stone grill and comfort around. the 2 sets of washers and dryers is great for having lots of guest. We will definitely look into this property if we were to return to this area again

A Great Get-Away
Great property, looks just like the listing. This host always goes above and beyond for their guests by providing little extras in the fridge to help guests get settled in and make things easy. Had an issue with some of the lights needing new bulbs; most were replaced the next day. A comfortable and relaxing home that we would definitely stay in again!

The best ever
I've been renting different places for the past 7 years during Thanksgiving week and this was the absolute best. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cookware. We do a lot of cooking and bring a lot of my own appliances. This year, I could have left mine home. I appreciated the treats and communication was awesome. I tried to book for next year, but it's already gone. Quiet neighborhood and just a pleasant stay overall.

Anderson Family Vacation
The house is beautiful and very welcoming. It was very nice to have some things in the refrigerator for us. We didnt have any littles with us this trip but noticed if we had there were things we would have been able to use and I think that is amazing. I would 100% rebook this house for another family vacation.

3 Generations family vacation
The house listing showed a TV outside at the patio area. This was something my two grandsons were really looking forward to unfortunately there was no TV outside so that was a bit of a disappointment. The house as what it was was a pleasant surprise for us. We also appreciate it. We took advantage of them overall the company or the people we rented from obliging and we really appreciate it.

Communication was great. Check in progress was easy and all the complimentary snacks/drinks, pool towels, laundry/dish detergent was excellent. A few issues we encountered was lack on hot water(specifically master bathroom), poor cleanliness of kitchen and bathroom rugs. The living tv (remotes) were an issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house.

This is the perfect home for a family vacation. We had everything that we needed and ample space. We were greeted with beverages fruit and dessert. I would definitely rent this home again.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable!!!
This place was very nice for our vacation. The kids loved the pool and decorated bedrooms. It was very cozy and a quiet gated neighborhood. We will definitely try to get it again next year for our vacation.

Very spacious and comfortable living space was impressed by the amount of room we had to spread out. However I do have two small suggestions: increase the hot water temperature and provide disposable storage containers for leftovers.

Great Stay
Quiet neighborhood, wonderful pool! House was clean and tidy. I read alot of reviews that mentioned complimentary snacks, water, etc were provided. We arrived and all complimentary cupboards were empty. We also didn't have any dishwasher tablets. Not deal breakers, the house was still wonderful and was nice to have laundry detergent to do laundry. Everyone would stay here again.

Great value
The property has everything you need to feel at home. Very clean and comfortable for our party of 7 plus a couple of small dogs. Kissimmee traffic around 9a and 5-6p can be frustrating but, hey, you're on vacation so kick back. We found the trip to Disney to be very simple despite the crazy directions on Google maps. One turn out of the community, one turn on the east/west road and one turn onto the Disney access road. Restaurant, grocery, attractions all nearby. We will be back - thanks!

Family Time
We had a great time! Everyone loved the pool although the surface inside the pool was a little rough. There was plenty of room for 8 people plus a toddler. The kitchen was a little dark and could use better lighting. Overall it was a lovely house! Thanks for hosting our family!

Disney vacation
The hospitality is amazing. The house was stunning coed with water, snacks, and all other necessities like toilet paper, paper towel, laundry and dish detergent. The house is exactly as advertised. It is very clean abd comfortable. The yard is amazing. Our only hiccup was that we did see one roach in the bedroom closet. There were no other signs of an infestation and we didn’t see any other roaches except one. I do not think the roach was because of cleanliness issue. Roaches are very common in FL because of the weather so I do think that was the cause of it. Otherwise, our stay was amazing!

We very much enjoyed our stay, despite some minor inconveniences.
We very much enjoyed our stay here in June 2024. Despite some minor inconveniences (like having to remove the comforters and use the throws/blankets stored in the closets), The highlights include the pool (although the heater did not work-if that is important to you, and the cushions in the pictures on the lounge chairs were missing). The number of larger (non-twin) beds and sheer number of bathrooms are fantastic, as was the welcome water, soda and snack chips. We had trouble with the remote/tv/internet and when I contacted the number provided, the person answering said, yes. "?" I asked if I had the right number and he said, you're renting one of our properties (whomever it was, said he was in the ER - hope he is ok). He told me I would receive a call back from exquisite rentals, but it never came. I would suggest replacing the remote to the TV in the main living area, total nightmare to work. The house is a little far from the parks. We went to Universal, and it took 40-45 min depending upon traffic, but not a dealbreaker given how Orlando traffic can be. The family voted to stay here again vs staying on property with early entrance. At the end of the day, they liked having their own bedrooms and bathrooms.

Nice, clean place in a decent neighborhood
The property was clean and as advertised. They provided snacks and drinks upon our arrival which was very nice and appreciative, as it was very hot this week. The pool and deck area were very clean and a great place to hang out with the family, and having pool towels provided helped with packing. The beds were very comfortable, however we found it very strange that upon arrival we had to remove the comforters and shams from the beds and use the blankets stored in the closet. As a former vacation rental owner, I found it a little odd to make your guests do all this work when they arrive just to sleep in the beds. The game room in the garage was great to use and the two washers and dryers came in very handy for the week. I would also mention that the lighting in the house was very dark, especially the kitchen area. It could just be my preference to have a bright kitchen. Lastly, I would also mention that the back door needs to be replaced badly. It makes a horrible noise when you open and close it and the track was extremely dirty. It was very hard to open and close and I broke a fingernail on it the first day trying to close it. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property and thank you for your hospitality.

Family vacation
The property was listed as exquisite and it met all expectations. From the moment we arrived it was clean and comfortable. Some rentals have pictures and you hope the property matches what you see, this property is exactly what you see and the extras were a wonderful delight. Highly recommend this property for anyone, especially a family.
