Located 3.5 blocks to the beach on a dead-end street, walk to the corner for Carini's Pizza, Mini Golf and the South Station Market. Stroll through the Nature Reserve. A 5-minute drive brings you into downtown Cape May. Guests enjoy our private deck adjacent to the private wetlands. Gas BBQ grill, shed with beach accessories and a washer/dryer are provided for Guest use.

The space
This spacious, freshly renovated townhome TRULY sleeps 8...no one on the sofa in the living room! Recently updated: Cool tile flooring spans the ground floor and a brand-new fully renovated bathroom sparkles. Vaulted ceilings, open-air floorplan and lots of windows allows the light in. Three bedrooms with smart tv's, two full bathrooms plus an enclosed outdoor shower provide all the room you and your family need. Great location 3.5 blocks to the beach. Bring the kids to the corner for pizza, deli and a block over for mini-golf and ice cream. Bike or stroll through the Nature Preserve across Pacific Ave. This property is the end-unit, affording privacy on the furnished deck (table, chairs and large umbrella), and plenty of unmetered street parking. A quiet, neighborly street is a dead-end, assuring minimal traffic and street noise. Kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for cooking or grilling at home including; a smooth-top range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, pancake griddle, all plates, glasses, pots, pans and utensils are provided. Guests have full access to a shed full of goodies: beach cart, beach toys, umbrellas and beach chairs. A gas grill is available for guest use, as is a full size washer and dryer. Four Smart TV's, cable and Wi-Fi are provided for guests to enjoy. Plenty of nearby restaurants, beach bar & grill and a 5-minute drive right into Cape May makes this a perfect location.

The entire home, deck and shed with beach chairs, and recreational items are available for Guests to enjoy. PLEASE NOTE GUESTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN BED LINENS AND TOWELS.

Other things to note
A cleaning service maintains the home in between Guest changeovers, but we ask that you 'leave it as you found it'. Guests must provide their own bed linens and towels.

Diamond Beach vacation

Great comfortable condo home. Nice touches, such as light blocking curtains for sleeping in, and kitchen well-supplied with all the necessities. Place is not on a thru street, so minimal car traffic, and nice and quiet. The home was just right for 3-4 adults, but might be a bit crowded with full allowance of all adults. Convenient (by car) to Cape May and Wildwood Crest beaches.

Our home is an end-unit facing the natural beauty of the adjoining naturally preserved wetlands. An added benefit is the property is located on a dead end street, assuring minimal street traffic and noise. The market, pizza shop, mini golf and ice cream shop all just on or around the corner makes it a great location for families. Off street parking and unmetered street parking are readily available.
