Situated in the foothills of the Montgo National Park with Valley and Mountain views this is a perfect place to stay for discerning guests looking for a touch of real Spain but with all the modern conveniences.
A very charming traditional Spanish Villa with two bedrooms, set in a beautiful well planted gardens with a south-facing terrace and a large swimming pool.
The interior of the villa is simply furnished and has all of the modern conveniences needed for your holiday. You enter the property via the traditional Tosca stone Naya into the living/dining area, complete with sofas, English TV, air-con, and free WIFI. From here you enter the kitchen. Although compact, it includes all of the necessary equipment; fridge/freezer, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, and microwave. You will find a small terrace area at the rear of the kitchen complete with BBQ.
There is an airy and bright double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and air-con and a further twin room (also with air-con) and a separate family bathroom.
The property is very private and not overlooked. It is very secure with electric gates and ample room for parking.

Why they chose this property
Only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the Pueblo (Javea Old Town). It has a private south facing, 10 x 5 metres gated pool (child friendly), a Naya (covered terrace), and a built-in BBQ for "al fresco" dining. The large enclosed Naya is perfect for all year round lounging with seating and dining areas. The Villa's courtyard makes a wonderful ambience for morning breakfasts.
