Bright fully independent villa, surrounded by nature, in the best area of Denia, "Les Rotes", with private pool, garden, barbecue and just 900 meters from Las Rotas Beach (Les Rotes) (10 minute walk). Las Rotas Beach is declared a Marine Reserve for the richness of its waters. With a 4 kilometer walk, it is a meeting point for walkers, who choose it to exercise or stroll by the sea. 4 kilometers of rock beach, virgin and wild, ending in what is for many the most beautiful enclave in the city: the end of Las Rotas, crowned from the top by the Torre del Gerro and with Cabo de San Antonio dividing Dénia de Xàbia.
For stays equal to or less than 10 days will be considered "Tourist Housing"- Tourism Contract (According to Dec. Law 9/24 of 2 August and Law 15/2018, 7 June del Consell GVA. For stays longer than 10 days will be considered "seasonal rental" - Seasonal contract (according to Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU ART 3 and Royal Decree 1,312/2024, 23 December. Must sign seasonal rental contract.
