Ideally located in the quiet and residential area of Porto Saler, and 7 minutes walk from the center of Sant Francesc, this house has been completely renovated in 2019 with a lot of taste and charm. Perfectly equipped (reversible air conditioning in bedrooms, appliances, wifi) and very comfortable, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen opening onto a terrace with sea views. This house is semi-detached, but without direct neighbors, each has its privacy.

Excellent Stay

We had a very pleasant experience at Can Croco. The house is at a great location, it has very nice views and we enjoyed the overall stay. Host was also very easy and always responded quickly.

Dieses Haus am Ortsrand von Sant Francesc ist ein Traum für jeden Liebhaber der Insel. Die Ausstattung genügt auch gehobenen Ansprüchen und ist optisch sehr schön und komfortabel umgesetzt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse in die typische Landschaft Formenteras inkl. Meerblick ist einmalig.

The house is beautifully decorated, the outside lounge is perfect, and we could enjoy the sun from home sometimes as we felt so good we didn't wan't to leave the house. The kitchen is fully equiped. The location is very good, very close to San Francesc, the comunication with the responsible person (Eric) was very good, always attending to our requests. We really loved it, would definitely recommend it. Thank You!
