The entrance level on the middle floor is approached by a flight of approximately 15 steps. At this level there is a generous open plan lounge / kitchen / and dining area, which has a balcony and also opens on to the pool terrace. Here there is also an alfresco seating and dining area under the shady pergola, and 2 sunbeds and umbrella by the pool. The pool is a good size and has a depth of approximately 1.5 metres.
The bedroom is located on the upper floor, and has a spacious en-suite bathroom with a beautiful circular jacuzzi with stunning sea views, and a balcony with the same great views.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has wi-fi internet. There is also a small fitness room located on the ground floor for the use of guests.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
