Villa spacieuse avec une belle piscine

Après avoir éclairci l’annonce avec le propriétaire : en effet ils louent deux maisons côte à côte ( et les photos sont mélangées).Il a été très clair dans ses réponses et plus aucune ambiguïté a subsisté. Nous avons apprécié cette location spacieuse , très propre avec un coin repas extérieur très agréable et une belle piscine, elle aussi très propre. La villa est située près de la praia de Falesia ( une des plus belles plages des Algarves ) nous nous y rendions à pied. ( environ 15 mn de marche). Lieu central pour visiter la côte sud du Portugal. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Je recommande cette location.

Tout ce c’est bien passé , la villa top , piscine une merveille , on était bien installé il ne manquait rien , localisation pas trop loin du centre ville à seulement 7km , un resto à 400 m Conclusion 1 très belle semaine de vacances

Lovely villa

Great villa everything you need cutlery towels etc pool cleaned numerous times during our 12 night stay and cleaner came on the sat morning. Great base for a family holiday.

Top Notch Service By Owner

David provided us with all the key services we needed to enjoy our stay in Lisbon. We utilized him for travelling to and from the airport . He provided us with a wealth of information on all aspects of our trip and truly a gentleman in dealing with. Strongly recommend to utilize him for rides to and from airport. If you rent a car it would be a nightmare getting around in Lisbon. David had a large vehicle that allowed us to fit all of our luggage in his trunk for 4 people. It would have been challenging to do this if using a taxi or Uber without paying a premium. His property is all up to date inside with all the amenities you would have at home. Service that David offered made our visit to Lisbon a memorable time!

Sehr sauber, alles da was benötigt wird. Jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Im Untergeschoss noch ein weiteres extra Bad, gesamt also 4. In der Beschreibung ging dies so glaube ich nicht hervor. Alles sehr gut erreichbar allerdings nur mit Auto. Für uns durch den vielen Verkehr vor der Haustür etwas zu laut. Zu finden ist dies Objekt nur, wenn man den Namen des Hauses weiss. Diese Info fehlte uns leider.

Nous avons apprécié le séjour dans cette charmante maison. Un accueil très chaleureux de Madame Helena qui nous a tout de de suite mis à l'aise!!! Une maison très, très propre j'insiste parce que j'ai rarement vu une maison de cette propreté. Je suis limite un peux maniaque limite a prendre mes draps, oreillers et serviettes de bain... et franchement je ne les ai pas utilisés du séjours!!! Il y a tout pour passer un super moment en famille!!! merci beaucoup!!! Juste vraiment tout petit bémol la première photo d'extérieur de présentation sur le site ne correspond pas a la maison, elle est du même propriétaire et est celle juste à coté peut être juste changer si vous pouvez. mais si non tout le reste correspond intérieur et piscine!! Merci

Lovely villa quiet location everything you need

Wow!! Sums up this villa!! A perfect place for a relaxing holiday!! The villa grounds and pool are stunning!! You have everything you need!! The only downside is the pump in the pool doesn’t activate until 1.30pm so unfortunately because of the winds and overhanging flora the pool can be quite full of petals etc!!! Dona Helena, is absolutely fab!! Even though she doesn’t speak English we managed to get by with her!! She sorted any problems we had straight away!! If you don’t like walking this villa is too far out!! It’s about 20mins walk into Olhas de Agua to the shops and restaurants and little bars!!! Taxis are cheap approximately 4 euros to the Marble Bar which is the start!! Overall I would highly recommend and would definitely go back myself!! Fantastic Holiday!! Very relaxing

Amazing, Beautiful home

The is a beautiful home about 15 to 20 minutes walking to beach. House was immaculate. Al 3 bedrooms had a bath and there was also a bathroom for guests. The pool was clean but a little cold in the beginning of May. We still got in and enjoyed it. You cannot go wrong staying at this place.

Casa alugada nao corresponde as fotos exteriores da casa, jardin e piscina

Aluguem esta casa na base dos nossos critérios (piscina exterior, animais domesticos aceites...) e claro das fotos e descriçoes no site. Ao chegar no local apercebi me que a casa em questao ja estava ocupada (pertences privados a volta da piscina). Liguei a dona Helena que logo chegou ao local. Fiquei aliviado de nao ter levado um barrete, mas a decepçao ja estava feita. Dona Helena recebeu nos muito bem e avisou que a casa para hospedes com animais domesticos era a do lado. Fiquei muito desgradado porque os proprietarios nunca nos avisaram de tal sitaucao e tinha reservado a casa em outubro do ano passado. Pelos vistos nao sou o primeiro a reclamar desta enganaçao mas os proprietarioa, a familia Simoes ainda nao corrigiram as fotos e descriçoes no site. Continuam a enganar futuros hospedes e isso é inadmissível, dai a nossa nota negativa. De resto tudo perfeito as fotos do interior correspondem e a casa tem todas as comodidades. Nosso agradecimento muito especial a Dona Helena pela sua recepção, simpatia e disponibilidade,

Great holiday

We stayed for 70 days at this lovely villa. Was slightly awkward getting access to the villa initially but once there we had a fabulous stay. We had concerns that the pool wasn’t being cleaned often enough but were reassured by the owners that David the gardener would also clean the pool regularly. A special thank you must go to Helena who meets you on arrival but also cleans the villa on a weekly basis. Although she spoke no English, with Google translate we managed to converse. Helena was brilliant & we truly valued her excellent work. Our dog Rosie loved to greet Helena with a toy & Helena always gave her lots of attention. The villa is about 20 minutes stroll to the beach, bars & restaurants of Olhas d’Agua which was perfect for us. We would have no hesitation to book the villa on future holidays to Portugal

A propriedade é espaçosa com uma excelente piscina e uma óptima área exterior. Em termos de equipamento interior deveria receber um update a vários níveis, nomeadamente nas camas, ruidosas e com colchões não muito confortáveis. Para os valores praticados deveria haver um maior cuidado no equipamento e decoração. O Wi-Fi apenas está disponível na sala e tem pouco alcance, o que para nós foi um problema. A propriedade é apenas adequada a 6/7 pessoas no máximo.

Privacidade e localização

Foram uns dias de férias muito bem passados. A casa tem excelentes condições e a simpatia e disponibilidade da D. Helena tornam tudo ainda melhor. A piscina privada tem boas dimensões e a possibilidade de levar o cachorro da família a correr no jardim à solta, foi muito bom. Tem todas as comodidades por perto e certamente voltaremos.

Posso dizer que a propriedade tem tudo o que é necessário. Muito limpa, bons quartos, wc`s , cozinha totalmente equipada, lavandaria, barbecue, e um belo jardim e a piscina 5*. A distância da praia é relativamente aceitável...cerca de 15/20 m a pé da praia de Olhos de Água. Gostei muito e a Dna Helena é uma sra muito prestável.
