Outstanding panorama (on the valley of Guisane towards Lautaret). 4 rooms, 3 bedrooms each with bathroom (one with spa bath chroma therapy). Several options for sleeping. Two bedrooms with two single beds that can be brought together to offer a double bed. From space. A large living room with its kitchen and pantry, dining area with a table extending from 8 to 10 seats, lounge area with TV, 1 sofa bed, 1 sofa and a toilet with hand washing, washing machine. Comfort assured.
Possibility in the same house three other housing carrying the capacity to 30 people in total. Ski room.
In winter, skibus shuttles 20 meters from the house to reach the bottom of the slopes, shops.

Second stay even better than the first

We stayed in this apartment in 2019, before the pandemic. We loved the quaint town of Chantemerle and the skiing in Serre Chevalier is varied enough to easily keep you interested for a week. The apartment is the perfect retreat for the end of the day.

Mountain Serenity

Extremely well-situated for hiking, cycling, and (in winter) skiing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for three couples, and we loved the en suite bathroom in each room. The view from the open-plan living room upstairs was incredible. Communication with the property owner was excellent and the check in/check out process was simple and straight forward. Would highly recommend the property and plan to book again in the future.

The property is spacious and all bedrooms are en-suite which is a bonus. The property is clean and fairly well equipped. The lounge area is very comfortable. The only complaint is that there is no information inside the apartment relating to appliances etc and we struggled with the washing machine. Christoph however is very pleasant and helpful when he calls round. The location is good as the ski bus stop is only 20m from the front door and the buses are every 30 mins. The walk into town in the evening is easy and takes less than 10 mins. The walk back is quite steep but ok without ski equipment. A few more coffee mugs and larger drinking glasses would be good.

Super appartement !

Tres bel appartement, spacieux, très bien équipé, emplacement idéal et parking a 100m! Nous avons passé un très bon sejour en famille en été, en esperant pouvoir revenir en hiver! Nombreuses activités a proximité, centre ville chantemerle a 10min a pied (attention la montée est un peu plus difficile que la descente 😊) Propriétaire disponible si besoin, Au plaisir de revenir !

Super logement. Très spacieux et très bien aménagé. Navette gratuite devant la porte qui vous amène au pied des pistes. Christophe très accueillant et très disponible. Un sans faute pour passer un très agréable séjour en famille.

Logement très confortable pour une famille avec 3 couples et un bébé. Propre et bien équipé. Belle vue montagne. Pistes à 10 minutes à pied avec possibilité de louer pour la semaine un casier à ski au pieds des pistes. Nous reviendrons sans problème.

Très bonne prestation

Logement conforme au descriptif, spacieux où nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Propriétaire accueillant et très réactif en cas de problème. Tout est de qualité : mobilier, matériaux, accessoires... Belle vue sur les montagnes. Navette à proximité pour le village et les remontées mécaniques. Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour à Serre Chevalier.

Prestations haut de gamme

L'appartement est très spacieux, bien agencé avec les chambres au premier niveau et les pièces de vie à l'étage. Les prestations sont parfaites, canapés très confortables, cuisine très bien équipée et fonctionnelle, literie de qualité et déco moderne. Les matériaux sont de qualité, cela se voit et c'est appréciable. L'accueil et le départ se sont bien passés, merci à Isabelle pour sa sympathie. Je recommande ce logement pour vos vacances sur Serre-Chevalier.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’écrin : la gentillesse de l’accueil, les conseils et recommandations de Christophe concernant les activités. A faire avec lui sans hésitation et Rivière Évasion , le canyoning ! Le parapente avec l’équipe de Fabrice (Premium)… on reviendra, c’est sûr !!! Quant au logement, il est idéal, confortable et chaleureux ! Merci pour votre accueil !

Superbe vacance dans un chalet magnifique

Location superbe propre idéal pour 6 ou 8 personne superbe vu , grandes chambres avec chacun sa salle de bain superbe et grande pièce de vie . Propriétaire très agréable et de bon Conseil . Navette à 20 mètre de la maison mais on peut accéder à la ville à pied 7 à 9 min vraiment très belle location
