The Closerie de l'Ourcq in Ocquerre. Please contact us to have the exact rates according to the seasons.
Located in a charming little village of Seine et Marne in the heart of the Ourcq Valley, the cottage is adjoining the owners' house, called 'the house with three chimneys', former manor built in 1546. It was set up in a former stable of their farm. The troughs, period racks, beams and exposed stones give the room to live an appointment of authenticity.
For companies: Possibility of weekly rates if less than 7 people (with access 3 bedrooms with single beds and 1 bathroom) 350 € in low season, 450 € in mid season and 650 € in high season + cleaning fee 50 €.

Een mooi vakantie verblijf

We hebben mooie dagen gehad met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen. Voldoende ruimte, goede bedden en buiten barbecue. Ook is er een fijne speelruimte waar de kinderen hun energie kwijt kunnen. Wij zijn van hier uit naar Disney Parijs geweest. Half uur rijden is goed te doen. Een echte aanrader!

Spent 10 days in this beautiful rustic property. Just 40 mins drive from CDG airport but set in the lovely French countryside. Great location for visiting the champagne region by car. Property had everything you would need for a comfortable holiday. Would definitely recommend

Very happy with the property, hosts were friendly and helpful. Plenty of room for 7 of us, a range of ages, and everyone was comfortable and catered for. Great location if you have transport. Lovely house.

Super vakantie huis

Mooi verblijf gehad. Groot huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Speelkamer met basket, tafeltennis. Auto geparkeerd bij Val d'Europe in Chessy, van daaruit met de trein naar Disneyland. Auto geparkeerd bij station in Meaux, van daaruit met de trein naar Parijs. Super goed te doen. Wij hebben een fantastische week gehad

Wunderschönes Haus! Super Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten nach Disneyland und Paris

Wir verbrachten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem bezaubernden Ferienhaus mit 8 Personen ( 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder). Das Haus ist liebevoll und mit tollen Details eingerichtet! Wir haben gerade den Spielraum mit der Tischtennisplatte rege genutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Der Ort selber bietet nicht viel, außer ländliche Ruhe. Dies war aber eine guter Kontrast, da wir die Lage des Haus genutzt haben, um Ausflüge mach Disneyland und Paris zu unternehmen. Disneyland ist unproblematisch in 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Nach Paris sind wir vom nahen Meaux aus mit dem Zug gefahren( fährt alle halbe Stunde, Fahrtdauer ca 35 Minuten bis Gare de l'Est) Klare Empfehlung besonders für größere Gruppen oder Familien!

We absolutely loved staying here. Despite speaking very little French we had no problem atall communicating. Everyone was extremely friendly and the arrangements were perfect. Fantastique

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique. Quelle belle maison spacieuse avec un joli jardin. Une base idéale pour une excursion d'une journée à Paris ou à Disneyland. La maison est très spacieuse et était très propre. Helene est une hôtesse charmante et agréable à communiquer. Nous recommandons vraiment cet endroit!

Mooiere locatie dan op de foto’s lijk

We zijn hier een week met het hele gezin geweest, 9 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. Het onderkomen ziet er zelfs mooier uit dan op de foto’s. Een omheinde tuin waar de kinderen heerlijk konden spelen en een veranda waar we iedere maaltijd hebben kunnen zitten. Het is een plek waar we zeker nog eens terug zullen komen en die ik ten zeerste aan kan raden Tilly
