Water Garden 10 is a detached river location award winning architecturally design property offering 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms (2 en-suite &1 family bathroom) and a separate WC, sleeping a maximum of 10 guests plus 1 infant sleeping in a travel cot. 5th bedroom/study has a double sofa bed (AVAILABLE ON REQUEST ONLY) with views to the front of the property. Please advise if the sofa bed is required. Please note this is a small study that gets converted to a bedroom with limited storage space. TV and DVD player, black out blinds, built in shelves.
A travel cot (size L104 x W60cm) is available at a supplement of £10.00, this is charged for separately by us after your booking is confirmed. (A flat bottom sheet is provided, however, a quilt and pillow are NOT provided due to health & safety). A high chair is available free of charge. Please advise if the travel cot and high chair are required?
