This beautiful and modern house with a large private pool is tastefully furnished and perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of La Pared and Viejo Rey.
The house offers all its comforts on one floor:

1 Kitchen with dining table

1 Bedroom with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm)

The bed in the second bedroom can be prepared as a double bed or with two mattresses and two individual blankets (please advise in advance).
For safety reasons only babies up to 1 year and children from 7 years will be accepted.
There are various possibilities for sports activities in the vicinity, e.g. surf school, kite, wind or minigolf.
The house also has unlimited Wi-Fi, Spanish and satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker, iPod connection, outdoor shower, barbecue area and a wonderful private swimming pool (7.5 m x 2.5 m / 1.4 m).
