The open great room with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, large flat screen TV, kitchen and oceanfront dining area will greet you with stunning ocean views. There are also two king bedrooms on this top level that share a full hall bath. The king master bedroom with private bath can be found on the first level along with a queen bedroom and a king bedroom that share a full bath. A game room with large screen TV, foosball table and pub table opens to a spacious screened porch with lounging and meditation area. Embrace outdoor living with a fish cleaning table with water and lights, an outside shower, and a hammock to relax after fishing and surfing. A hot and cold outside shower greets you on your return from the beach for a quick rinse. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the private saltwater swimming pool with nearby hot tub and Tiki bar, perfect for relaxing and playing in the sun. Now you can have your CAKE BY THE OCEAN and have meals in it too.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
