· PLEASE READ, In addition to the weekly charge there will be a £200.00, refundable breakage & excess cleaning deposit (should the property be left in an unsatisfactory condition). This will be refunded after completion of the let & on the receipt of a satisfactory report from our local agent. Payment in Euros will be acceptable at an agreed rate. All bookings will be secured by a 25% deposit with payment of balance (plus refundable damage deposit) required no less than 8 weeks prior to the date of the commencement of the let. The payment will not be refundable for a cancellation within the 8 week period prior to the booking, we therefore strongly recommend clients to take out insurance for cancellation (& health). The charge will include the use of the Wi-Fi, water & electricity used but if the use of water / electricity is found to be very excessive we reserve the right to make an additional charge against the security deposit.
· The property must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Entry will not be available before 4 pm on arrival, there may be some flexibility if there is no booking before or after the let. Contact us if there is a time scale problem. We do have secure storage for luggage if required . OUR CHANGEOVERS, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE ARE SATURDAY, BUT MAY BE FLEXIBLE IN THE QUIETER PERIODS, ASK FOR DETAILS. The property MUST NOT BE OCCUPIED OR USED by more persons than are stated on the booking form (and the licence: 5 max), If more than the stipulated persons are found to be in the property at any time, the let will immediately be terminated with no refund or claim of any type accepted.
Whilst ever care is taken to ensure that the information given is correct, there may be instances when facilities or features described may have to be altered or withdrawn. We hold no responsibility should this be the case.
Please also note we do not consider the apartment suitable for young children under 5 years old or animals (non mobile babies may be accepted). The apartment is best suited for 4 persons 5 MAXIMUM.

· WE DO HAVE A SPECIAL OFFERS FOR WINTER LONG TERM LETS, PLEASE ENQUIRE FOR DETAILS, The rental price includes all bed linen & towels (but NOT beach / pool towels) which will be changed weekly, except for long term lets (where monthly charge applies) when we will supply 2 sets of linen & towels for changing & washing, as required, by the client (where we would expect the 2nd set to be left laundered, ready for subsequent use, on departure).
