The dining area and the living room are in one, and from the living room there is a view of the water. In the living room there is a wood burning stove and TV with DRs, TV2s and TV3s channels as well as access to Netflix. From the living room there is access to the two bedrooms divided into a double bed and two single beds. The house has a new kitchen with access to utility room (and washing machine), from which there is also access to toilet and shower. In extension of the house there is an extra room with sofa bed (entrance from the outside), just as there is an extra small room with sink. The house is surrounded by good sun loungers and terraces in an enclosed garden. The house is located 200 meters from the mini golf course and 350 meters from the nearest restaurant
