The apartment is located in a detached house located on the property; large garden and orchard available to guests. Apartment consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and living room with sofa bed and kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Air conditioning / heating. Large porch furnished with table, chairs and bench. Parking space inside the property. At 250 meters from the railway station and 150 meters from the charging station for electric cars.
Pets on request and small size.
At total discretion of the property use of study / library (ideal for writers etc.) and above ground swimming pool for children.

Wonderful Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was perfect for the two of us, and had all the conveniences of home. It actually felt like we were staying at a friends home as opposed to an rental unit. A warm welcome from the owner upon our arrival to the home was very special. She made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Ilaria was a super hostess and the place is very peaceful and cozy. She provided some essentials for us which was so appreciated and she thought of every detail and was responsive to any questions we had. While out of the way, if you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is the place!

We had the most outstanding experience at this Cottage. The accommodations had everything we needed, they were impeccable and very comfortable. A Delightful Stop!

Our brief stay at Mombaruzzo was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the owner, who made us feel right at home. It was evident that she puts her heart and soul into ensuring the comfort of her guests. Although we only stayed for one night during a stopover with the kids, we actually would have loved to extend our stay. The tranquil atmosphere and beautiful garden truly made it a place to unwind. Everything we needed was provided in the well-equipped accommodation, including a welcoming treat upon arrival. What makes Mombaruzzo special is their attention to detail and their ability to anticipate their guests' needs. This host couple clearly understands what it takes to make a stay enjoyable. Ilaria ci ha accolti senza problemi anche se in ritardo e ci ha illustrato tutto con molta gentilezza. L’abitazione era accogliente e ben riscaldata con tutto quello che ci serviva (e anche di più). L’ambientazione è deliziosa e i panorami mozzafiato. Torneremo sicuramente!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr nette Gastgeber - alles in TOP Zustand - Wunderschöner Garten - ein Aufenthalt verspricht pure Erholung. Umgeben von sanften Hügeln und weitläufigen Weinbergen, lädt der charmante Ort zu ruhigen Spaziergängen und kulinarischen Entdeckungen ein. Während der zwei Übernachtungen kann man die Gastfreundschaft in einem typisch piemontesischen Landhaus erleben, lokale Spezialitäten kosten und die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Landschaft genießen. Die Nähe zu renommierten Weingütern bietet zudem die Möglichkeit, exzellente Weine der Region zu verkosten und die Ruhe und Schönheit des ländlichen Piemonts auf sich wirken zu lassen.

Super verblijf.

Wij hebben deze accomodatie geboekt als tussenstop voor de terugreis van Corsica naar Nederland. Het ligt heerlijk rustig tussen de wijnvelden, met een enorme tuin waar de kids leuk hebben kunnen spelen. Helaas was het zwembad kapot maar dat mag pret niet drukken. Voor ons een blijvertje als tussenstop. Leuke behulpzame eigenaresse die je echt privacy geeft en helpt wanneer dat nodig is. Aanrader!

Eine tolle Woche für meine Frau, unsere beiden Hunde und mich.

Die Woche die wir bei Ilaria und ihrer Familie verbracht haben war sehr entspannend. Auch wenn das Haus klein ist, bietet es dennoch alles was man in einem Ferienhaus erwarten kann. Der große Garten ist ein Traum für jeden Hund. Und Ilaria ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin die sich bereitwillig jedem Problem annimmt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen.

Ein ruhiges Silvester

Die Gastgeber-Familie war ausgesprochen freundlich, sie haben uns mit Rat und Tat zu Seite gestanden. Das Häuschen ist hinreißend, gemütlich, jeder Komfort ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten es sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir waren mit dem Zug in Mailand, und haben jeden Tag Ausflüge unternommen. Ilaria ist eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und nahezu jederzeit ansprechbar, da die Familie auf demselben Grundstück lebt (Haupthaus). Das kleine Appartement ist supersauber und gepflegt. Wir haben vor allem den überdachten Außenbereich mit Blick in den schönen alten Obstgarten sehr geschätzt. Praktisch ist auch die Verkehrsanbindung durch den kleinen Bahnhof der nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt ist.

Herrliches langes Wochenende

Due settimane meravigliose

Zona perfetta per girare il Monferrato. Ideale per rilassarsi, per fare splendide passeggiate, per mangiare e bere le meraviglie del luogo. È stato meraviglioso stare in una casa indipendente in mezzo a uno splendido giardino. La casa è pulitissima, e non manca niente (asciugamani, accappatoi, stoviglie di ogni genere). La disponibilità di Ilaria e Alfredo per ogni esigenza è totale! Sono stati degli host eccezionali. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di portare il nostro gatto che ha potuto godere dello splendido giardino recintato. Esperienza indimenticabile da consigliare a tutti coppie, famiglie con bambini o per chi ha animali.

Wunderschöne Wohnung - tolle Lage für Touren durchs südliche Piemont

Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit moderner Küche und Bad und parkähnlichem Garten ist eine hervorragende Ausgangsbasis für ausgedehnte Auto-Besichtigungstouren durchs südliche Piemont. Asti, Alba, Acqui Terme, Alessandria und Cuneo sind gut erreichbar, bekannte Weindörfer wie Barolo, La Morra und Barbaresco ebenfalls. Die Erkundung Turins lässt sich sehr gut per Bahn bewerkstelligen, vom Bahnhof in Bazzana (100 m von der FeWo) fahren morgens und abends einige Pendlerzüge (im Juli und August wegen Ferien vorher im Internet überprüfen), die in Asti Anschluss nach Turin haben. Einfache Fahrt für Erwachsene € 8,40 (Stand 2023). Abends kann man sich dann auf der Terrasse der schönen Ferienwohnung erholen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Ilaria hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert, wenn wir Fragen hatten, etwas brauchten oder wegen eines verspäteten Zuges nicht zurückgekommen waren. Wir haben uns durch die nette Nachfrage per WhatsApp immer sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank, Ilaria, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei euch und können eure Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Schnuckeliges Appartement

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende in diesem bezaubernden Appartement. Alles war sauber, hübsch eingerichtet und es fehlte an Nichts. Die Gastgeberin war mega freundlich, selbst bei unserer nächtlichen Anreise gab es keine Probleme und wir konnten um 2:30 das Appartement beziehen. Wir wurden mit Gastgeschenken überrascht, wir waren echt begeistert von soviel umsorgung und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!!!!

Perfekte Ferien

Der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin Ilaria und ihrer Familie war äusserst freundlich und das Checkin schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist klein aber sehr praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr, sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Lage in dem wunderbaren Garten mit den verschiedenen Bäumen ist herrlich, ruhig, sonnig und einfach schön. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und drei herrliche Wochen verbracht. Vielen Dank an die sehr nette, sympathische Gastgeberin und ihre Familie. Wir werden wieder kommen.

wunderbare Tage in Bazzana:-)

Wir emfanden unseren Aufenthalt bei Familie Hedinger als das Highlight unserer über sechs Etappen andauernden Italienreise. Ilaria und ihr Mann sind wirklich wunderbare Gastgeber. Selbst bei einem Problem mit der Mautbehörde, taten sie Ihr bestes um uns zu helfen. Kurz gesagt, alles war perfekt. Ich hoffe wir dürfen Familie Hedinger wieder einmal besuchen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus und sehr nette Vermieter!!!

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen aber landschaftlich sehr schönen Gegend. Der Garten ist riesig also optimal für unseren Hund und die Pflaumen waren wahnsinnig lecker. Von Anfang bis Ende war die Vermieter Familie sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.
