About this property

Peace of Paradise is a spacious, luxurious oceanfront home that accommodates two families. It has recently undergone renovations and features a large heated pool (heater is optional), two living rooms, multiple decks with great views, and a full bathroom for each of its five bedrooms.

When not enjoying the pool or the beach, you can relax on the expansive second-story balcony overlooking the Atlantic or the first-floor porch. The house was designed with relaxation in mind and includes two spacious living rooms, a variety of bedrooms, and plenty of space for everyone to gather together or do their own thing.

The interior is beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating, TVs, and board games in each living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well-furnished, and the master suite even has a Jacuzzi with a one-way mirror for ocean views.

The dining area can accommodate up to 6 people, with additional breakfast bar and outdoor dining area seating. The open, fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and ample storage space.

Additionally, the house features a second Jacuzzi, two powder rooms, a washer and dryer, and a deck with a sitting room at the front of the house for enjoying sunrises and sunsets.

Please note that the pool may be heated for an additional $300/week or less to a maximum of 88 degrees. Pool heat must be added to your reservation at least 48 hours before arrival. Remember that the pool is not heated from Memorial Day to mid-September.

Perfect place!

The property was perfect. It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool was amazing to have for the afternoons with our kids when the ocean was too rough.

Perfect vacation home!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our week stay. The pool was beautiful and the perfect temp. Tons of beach towels for pool and beach days. There was a few beach chairs and beach toys for the days we spent at the beach. Overall a great place to stay! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Vacation

Loved everything. The pool was the best we’ve stayed at thus far. View was beautiful. The beach was amazing. Only thing we missed was the grill, all other amenities were perfect!

Family togetherness

The house was roomy and great, very comfortable. Direct beach access was great and we may not be able to vacation any other way from now on. We practically had the beach to ourselves.

Turtle Oasis

The house was just perfect for our 2 family vacation to the beach. We enjoyed having a private walk to the beach and seeing the beautiful turtles that lined the boardwalk. The house itself has the usual “beach vacation” rustic charm, and could use a few updates but overall, we were very pleased with it.

Sunny days on the beach

This beach house is as welcoming as could be. Its expansive windows look out on a big stretch of beach, easily reachable by a brand new wooden walkover. The bedrooms each have en suite or, in one case, dedicated bathrooms, an amenity very welcome with a full house of people. The combination kitchen living area with its beach facing porch was enjoyable for all. The pool area is well set up for hanging out and enjoying fresh water. In cooler temperatures it would be advisable to request it be heated. Everything was as clean as could be. The kitchen had better than average utensils, etc. Beach towels provided. We college girlfriends had a memorable stay. Thanks, Marty!

Multi-generation Family Vacation

Lots of room for a big group (10) that spanned 4 generations. Nice and clean, with good quality beds/pillows and plenty of extra towels. The swimming pool and private beach walkover were a hit. Ample parking for up to 6 cars. The kitchen was better equipped than other properties I have stayed at. Loved watching the sunrise over the ocean from the second floor. Terrific location and a great place to relax.

November with college kids and teens

We were visiting from Orlando to celebrate our daughter's 20th birthday. We had a party of 6 with some college kids and teenagers. The property was spotless and just what we were looking for with room to spread out. Even after viewing it on line the actual house was even better. The number of beds and bathrooms, kitchen was well stocked, the view was amazing,plenty of towels, quick access to town. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider coming back again.

We all had a wonderful time. Pool at house was great when too hot on beach. The bunk room was a smaller room than expected so only accommodated small children. Rental company worked great for grill. As stated in other reviews the internet just doesn’t work very well.

Paradise Found

We have been coming to St Augustine every summer for years, and have voted this our best trip yet! Large spacious house that had everything you could want, we loved the pool, walkover to the beach, and the beautiful beach itself. Cindy was super accommodating, we had a couple issues our first day and she was on top of it. Susie the pool lady was friendly and knowledgeable, and she took care of our issues right away. Only reason for the 4 star cleanliness rating was the pool deck and patio area could have used a good sweeping and hosing, which we did ourselves-I know, right? It’s OUTSIDE! Loved the house and area and would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly appointed.

We had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and dry food staples. There are tons of towels and a blow dryer (not listed). There were tons of beach items, though some of the chairs were in disrepair. The pool in later March was very cold (not heated), but the kids still enjoyed it a bit. Beds are comfy. Location perfect. Internet service was annoying but restarting the modem seemed to help. Mgmt co was responsive, professional and polite. The only things missing are a hot tub and a fire pit. Otherwise, lovely home!!

Bug issue

The place was really nice except there was definintely a bug issue throughout the house. I did call them to let them know that we were getting ready to check out and let them know about the bug issue. They stated next time to call them immediately and the would send someone out to spray the house. I do know that they were sending someone over that day to spray the house.

Family Fun

This property was perfect for us! Enough bedrooms and bathrooms, gorgeous view, most beautiful swimming pool, soft sandy beach and absolutely stunning sunrises! We struggle to find a spot suitable for the family - we have 2 autistic grandkids and they struggle in over-stimulated resorts, but the rest of us like the excitement and new friendships. This was a perfect combination. Kids could swim in the pool, the beach sand and water soothed the anxiety in our special kids and we were able to make connections at the beach! This sounds weird, but the Dollar Store right across from the sub have the nicest, most helpful employees! And they have almost everything you need. A trip has to be made to the Oasis - upstairs dining and order the alligator tail! We enjoyed every moment at the house, every minute on the beach, every second in the pool. It felt comfortable, like we were home. And - you couldn't beat the sunrises!

Lovely space, beautiful oceanfront view and gorgeous pool.

This space was wonderful. There was plenty of space and more importantly plenty of bathrooms. Although we reserved this house way back in April, it was great to escape Hurricane Florence and enjoy the beautiful blue skies of Crescent Beach. There were two major drawbacks that I feel a house in this price range should have. The internet was horrible. Spend a few bucks and provide high speed internet for your guests. Also in four days no matter what time of day I did not get a hot shower. The water just isn’t hot enough. There are two jetted tubs but the jets didn’t work. Otherwise it was fabulous.

Great first stay @Butler Beach

Designed to be a family Christmas with people coming together from several locations. Despite the cold spell the house offered great beach access and ocean views. House was spacious offering plenty of room for people to relax and spend time together. Appreciated the cable access in different rooms (and levels), and for food planning with many people very much appreciated the 2nd refrigerator. Great location to St Augustine and easy enough drive up to Ponte Vedra. Desired location we may return with other families in tre future for beach vacation.

"Hands down", one of the best vacations ever!!

This was the first time that my husband and I, our kids and grandkids shared our vacation together! It was a huge hit! My grandkids want us to "buy the property" because it was "hands down", their favorite Florida vacation ever! We stayed two weeks, and we never ran out of things to do! My kids were amazed at the privacy of our pool and beach areas! We ALL appreciated the beach chairs, boogie surf boards, pool floats and beach towels! So much more was provided than we expected! We were also able to view a rocket launch (from Kennedy Space Center) from our personal walkway one evening! Between that, the sea turtles, the fort in St. Augustine, the tide, the sea "critters" that washed ashore...the kids learned so much! It was a vacation that none of us will ever forget!
