The total area of the house is 275 m², designed so that the villa has large common areas and open spaces, as well as various bathroomsand all the amenities. The interior decorationis luxurious and elegant.

The house has capacity for 10 peopleplus two babies, with its spacious double bedrooms. All of them have air conditioningand heating. There are two bedrooms with a double bedand the rest have two single bedseach.

The villa has a total of 4 bathroomswith shower and a toilet.

Inside, we can see the living roomwith a comfortable TV space, cozy sofasand armchairs, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenwith modern appliances.

It is the ideal summer residence for receiving guestsor for large families. We also find various outdoor areas, terraces, and verandasto enjoy the exterior of the house and its clear views.

You will find a wonderful outdoor area with a large poolof 12 x 6 msaltwater and a waterfall. Around the pool, the 3,500 m²garden extends with large grass areas, some trees for shade, and a ping pongtable.

We will also enjoy its chill-outarea and loungers ideal for sunbathing, or its barbecueto enjoy the best grilled flavors. The little ones can also enjoy a play areain the garden with a slideand swings.

The coastal area of Can Picafort, with its magnificent beaches, is just 3 kmaway, as well as various restaurants and shops. The town of Murois only 7 kmfrom the house.

The Muro beach, stretching 5 kilometers, is a white sand beach with dunes and groves suitable for walks. It has beach barswhere you can grab a drink, loungers to spend the day, volleyball nets, and showers to make your stay more comfortable on a sunny beach day.

A wide variety of restaurantsand beach barswhere you can listen to music, savor cocktails, and try dishes of all kinds, such as fresh fish, meats, rice, or tapas.

Water activities, such as platforms with slides, pedal boats, or boat rides, are some examples you will find for a fun day.

In the area, you can rent cars, motorcycles, and bicyclesto visit the surroundings and go on excursions. Muro beachis the nerve center of cyclotourism, with a wide offer for lovers of this sport. You can find routes that go through the Port of Alcudia, passing through Alcudia townand continuing through Mal Pasand Bonaire. A little further on, the route leads up an ascending path to the Hermitage of Victoria, where you can enjoy spectacular views.

-BOOKING AND STAY CONDITIONS

Reservation Confirmation:
To guarantee your booking, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.

Security Deposit:
Upon arrival, guests must make a €500 cash payment as a security deposit. This will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided the property is left in the agreed condition.

Electricity Consumption:
The electricity cost will be deducted from the deposit based on market rates, following meter verification.

Additional Fees:

Final cleaning: €300 (separate charge).
Outdoor or garage parking: subject to availability, no prior reservation needed.
Baby cot and high chair: available free of charge upon prior request.
Second cot: €12 per day.
Third cot: €12 per day.
Pool enclosure for babies: €150.
Extra bed (subject to availability and prior agreement): €38 per day.
Heating (diesel): €100 per week.

- IMPORTANT ARRIVAL INFORMATION

A few days before arrival, please contact our agency to confirm your arrival time (flight or boat details) and arrange key collection.

Check-in Procedure:

Upon arrival, please call us and proceed directly to the accommodation or the agreed meeting point.
Our reception office will contact you to confirm the key collection time and location.
Late Arrivals:

If arriving late, keys may be placed in a secure key box. In this case, any outstanding amount must be paid the following day at the agency.
If no key box is available, arrival must be arranged with the agency. A late check-in fee will apply and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-in after 23:00: Additional fee of €30.
Late Check-out:

If available, late departure costs are as follows:
Until 13:00: €50
Until 17:00: €90
In low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Please contact the agency to coordinate.

- TOURIST TAX (ECOTASA)

Since July 2016, the government has implemented a tourist tax:

€2.20 per night per person for the first 8 days.
From the 9th day onwards, €1.10 per night per person.
Not applicable to children under 16 years.
This amount must be paid in cash to the property owner upon arrival.

To comply with legal regulations, all guests must be registered with the National Police. Please send us the following details:
