This sea green colored home may look small on the outside, but opens up into an absolutely enormous house. The living room has a graciously tall ceiling, slanting upward, with plenty of space under the ceiling to host comfortable furniture, chic decorations, and bright colored interior design. The living room hosts an enormous flat screen television.

The kitchen has all new and updated stainless steel appliances, beautifully finished wood cabinets, and amazing granite countertops. The countertops provide ample space for preparing and cooking, and extend into a breakfast bar, perfect for extra seating. The all wooden dining table sports a beachy look with two chairs at the ends of the table, and bench style seating on the opposite side of the kitchen’s breakfast bar, and an additional bench nearby for extra seating if necessary.

The opposite side of the living room has access to the back porch, a wooden deck with a grill for grilling out, and a mix of comfortable chairs and lounging chairs looking out onto a beautiful lake. Follow the tiled floor back to the master bedroom, where a king bed await on a hardwood floor. The desk also has a chair to function as an office if need be. The ensuite bathroom has the same look as the kitchen with a tile floor, beautifully finished wood cabinets, and granite countertops, and an overall pristine white look.

The guest bedroom features an off-white, light blue colored room with chic furnishings from the dresser that holds the flat screen television to the night stands next to the bed. The matching ensuite bathroom mirrors the other bathroom in many ways, particularly with a tiled floor, beautifully finished wood cabinets, and granite countertops; but this bathroom also has a glass door walk-in shower.

Enjoy the golf cart that is included for you to cruise around during your vacation, at-door parking, and a large community pool and accompanying hot tub.
