Conveniently close to the picturesque Old Town (just 8 km) and all kinds of shops this villa offers you the advantage to enjoy the serenity of the area while being close to everything at the same time.


Villa Argento is a two-story, recently renovated property, covering 120 sq. m. in total. This three-bedroom Villa is decorated in a contemporary design, providing all modern amenities for a self-catered holiday, and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in beds and up to 7 if required.


Layout


Ground Floor


Entering the ground floor of Villa Argento you will meet an open plan area consisting of the living room and the kitchen. The living area features a comfortable corner sofa and coffee table, a 48 Smart TV with Netflix and Playstation 4. Next to it, the kitchen is fully equipped with branded appliances, making the process of preparing your homemade meals as easy as possible. A breakfast counter and indoor dining table are also available and the room offers direct access to the veranda, BBQ facilities, and pool. A WC can also be found on this level.


The Master bedroom can be found on the ground floor which offers a Queen-size bed (1,60 X 2,00), an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage shower, A/C, an open wardrobe, 32" Smart TV, and patio doors which open onto a veranda with sea views.


First Floor


Reaching the first floor through the wooden staircase, guests will find the two bedrooms of the Villa.


One of which offers a Queen-size bed (1,60 X 2,00), and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, while the other one features two single beds (1,00 X 2,00), which can also be joined together to form a King- sized bed (2,00 X 2,00) upon request. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer balcony access. Finally, a bathroom with a bathtub, a rainshower, a washing machine, and a small veranda with patio furniture are also available on this floor.


Outdoor Area


A private path from the main road leads you to the 400 m2 outdoor area of Villa Argento, where you will enjoy spending most of your time! The outdoor space is fenced for your privacy and enjoys amazing views of the Cretan sea, Fortezza fortress, and the town of Rethymno. Also, the pool terrace offers a variety of facilities including:?


- A private, 32 sq. m. swimming pool (0,60 - 1,60 m. deep). The pool can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice).


- Outdoor shower


- Fully equipped, shaded, charcoal barbecue facilities and outdoor sink


- Shaded outdoor dining area under a pergola


- Lawn-covered areas ideal for kids to play with the slide and the swing are available at the villa.

The settlement of Tria Monastiria enjoys beautiful sea views, thanks to its elevated position above Rethymno town and also offers peace and tranquility as its not crowded. The location is also a convenient base to explore the nearby villages and beaches, as it offers easy access to the highway. The suburb Tria Monastiria is just a few kilometres away from Rethymno town with its famous picturesque Old Town with the lovely Venetian architecture, narrow streets and plenty cultural events, as well as its vibrant nightlife with the little cafes and bars, exquisite taverns and restaurants - a perfect example of the magnificent diversity Crete has to offer.
