Our holiday apartment is conveniently located in the Senorio de Aloha complex in Nueva Andalucia, at the entrance of Puerto Banus and the famous La Quinta area.
The complex offers several swimming pools, a paddle area and is located next to the local supermarket and several restaurants.
Within walking distance from Puerto Banus, yet in a very tranquil urbanisation, this accommodation offers the perfect holiday apartment.

The Space:
This lovely apartment is decorated with very tastefully Scandinavian furniture. It has a lot of character and offer a perfect getaway. Each bedroom has a bathroom and double bedding. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining area offers direct acces to the open living room.
Around the corner you will find several restaurants and the local supermarket, which makes the location excellent.
The complex contains three swimming pools and two children's pools. Access is by lift or stairs and the development has underground parking plus 24 hour security. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to meet your every need, including dual air conditioning in each bedroom and in the lounge area.There is WIFI available and a Multi lingual TV system including English and French.

Within walking distance you will find supermarkets, the local market, all famous restaurants such as La Sala or Breathe and Marina Banus. Being situated close to all amenities means you do not need a car as main transportation.
Getting Around:
The Marbella area is very spread out. We recommend using a rental car for convenience.

1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €499,00.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
9. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools. For this reason, they might be forced to close the pools. Sorry for the inconvenience.

TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
