Cozy cabin w/view of the water
The cabin is beautifully finished with tons of unique woodwork. The double-sided fireplace and bonus loft space add to the charm. Steps from the bike path and spitting distance from the water, this was a great getaway for a couple and their dogs.
We loved our weekend at this cabin. It was clean, comfortable and cozy! Anton was a wonderful host!
It had snowed before we arrived and it truly was a winter wonderland!! Loved watching the activity on Lake Minnetonka!

Anton and his property are wonderful!
The four of us had a great time enjoying this lovely treasure off the lake. Biking beautiful trails, board games and tasty local food. Don't miss the ribs at Tonka Grill and BBQ.
Thank you, Anton!!
With all of our children and grandchildren home for a long weekend, we needed additional space. The cabin was close to our home and exactly what we were hoping for. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the built in bunk beds and all of the adults appreciated that it was impeccable clean!
Amazing property. Comfortable and cozy. Very clean. The place has everything you need. It's really well outfitted. Every day we saw the little touches all over this place that makes it just right. The owner obviously cares. We would highly recommend.
This was our second time renting the Call of the Loon property. Again, it was wonderful. Anton is very accommodating - he tuned up the bicycles for us to ride around on. The views are nice and the neighborhood is safe. I would highly recommend this property. Looking forward to another trip possibly next year.
Super convenient! Able to get around easiky. Sat on the front porch until after dark looking at the lake just enjoying the boats and the water. Owner very nice and accommodating. It was as described plus much more!

We will definitely be back!
This rental is a beautifully maintained cabin with a lovely view of the lake. It is a clean and warm place to sleep after enjoying adventures on the lake or spend the entire day at home relaxing. All of the amenities you could think of are there for use. We will definitely be back when we visit our family in Mound, MN as it is only minutes away. Also, the host was very accommodating and available if we needed anything.

Charming Cabin
My almost 2 week stay at this property was perfect in every way! The cabin is beautifully finished and has all the amenties you could possibly need. Great location, across the street from the lake and right by the bike path - very quiet and peaceful - yet still close to great shopping and all the popular hot spots of Lake Minnetonka. The owner of the property is just the greatist!! Available and close by to answer questions or if you need anything, but not at all intrusive. I look forword to staying here again and definitely recommend it to family and friends coming in town.

Cozy, bright and tidy place!
I stayed here with my wife and three children and our dog and we all felt equally at home. With ample seating and a small but fully-furnished kitchen we had little difficulty making meals to start or end our days out. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable; the main bedroom is large and the loft bed can fit kids or adults with ample room. The wood decor is light and numerous windows keep all of the rooms very bright, and everything was clean and organized upon check-in.
We visited in the off-season and experienced a different Minnesota season each day, but it's not hard to imagine this being an incredible place to stay in the summer with the lake right across the street and so many activities in the vicinity: bike path, fishing, boating, etc. Plus, you're only 30 minutes away from downtown Minneapolis and everything it has to offer.
Finally, the unadvertised amenity, and possibly the best, is the owner, Anton. He's right nearby and incredibly friendly, and was immediately responsive to every need we had. And if you ask nicely, he might even help you catch a fish across the street!
We would definitely stay there again next time we travel to the area.
For my recent trip to the Twin Cities to visit family, this was the perfect place to stay! No detail is overlooked in the cabin. Sliding glass doors to the front porch overlooking the lake. So much character, very clean. Anton was communicative and checkin/out were easy! Loved it!
Very clean, lovely, had everything we needed including coffee pods, friendly owner. Only thing I would suggest is to move the microwave from top of refrigerator to a table as it was hard to use for someone like me who is short!
My son and I stayed for 3 nights and wished we would have had a few more days. The bike trail was around the corner and really enjoyed grilling out and having the water across the street. We had a great time and plan to stay again in the future. Anton was a wonderful host.
Little did we know that when we made our reservation months ago we would be owners of a house less than 20 minutes away. We'd met Anton and viewed the cottage on a recent trip to the area in May when we came on a house hunting trip. We fell in love with the place and Anton could not have been nicer. Since we hadn't moved anything into our house yet, staying at the cottage was perfect. We are moving from out of state, so this trip was beneficial in scouting out places to eat, shop and explore as well as meeting new people. The place was enchanting! A mixture of decor that both delighted and intrigued. The bed was better than any hotel we'd ever stayed at. The view of the water was awakening in the morning and restful at the end of the day. We could not have ask for anything more. But best of all, we now have a life long friend in Anton.
This property is amazing and so close to everything Lake Minnetonka has to offer.
Anton was an excellent host and really great to talk with. He was knowledgeable about the area and always ready to help if we needed anything. Definitely making this an annual trip!!
We had a relaxing long weekend and enjoyed finding some excellent restaurants. Our great grandchild celebrated her 1st birthday there one evening. Everyone was comfortable & charmed by the interesting decor.
