Insuffisant malgré une belle vue
Le point fort indéniable de cette location, l'emplacement avec une magnifique vue mer! Toutefois, je le déconseille. Mobilier vieillissant pour rester poli. Canapé convertible impraticable, comme beaucoup d'autres commentaires, il faut absolument le changer. Nous avons dormis sur un matelas gonflable que j'avas amener au cas où...heureusement!. Annonce ne correspondant pas au bien : pas 2 chambres mais 1 et un salon avec canapé lit. Salle de bain modeste, fonctionnelle mais sans ouverture. Enfin, contact avec l'hôte cordial mais à minima. A mon sens ce n'est pas un hôte mais une location à but lucratif uniquement...à éviter.

Die Lage ist super! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Und wenn es mal regnet, wartet man in der Wohnung, bis es aufhört und ist sofort wieder am Strand oder in der Stadt.

La vue est très agréable et l’emplacement parfait. C’est bien les seuls points positifs de cet hébergement. En effet, l’appartement était très sale. malgré les frais de ménage qui sont facturés, nous avons dû faire le ménage nous même à notre arrivée. l’ameublement est également plus que limite. Les oreillers et les couvertures doivent dater d’au moins 20 ans, pas de tapis de bain, Le canapé lit impraticable, les rideaux du salon non occultants… Et contrairement à ce qu’il se fait habituellement dans des meublés, il n’y avait pas une goutte de savon dans la salle de bain, ni un pot de sel, ni un café ni rien… notre pire expérience sur fecamp.

Tolle Lage schöner Meerblick
Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin; Zum wirklichen Wohlfühlen hätte die Wohnung vorher eine gründliche Reinigung benötigt. Die Temperatureinstellung der Dusche ist defekt und wurde auch während der 5Tage nicht repariert. Schade

nous avons pu visiter plusieurs site au alentour , avec du beau temps et notre chien labrador était du voyage .La propriétaire qui est très sympathique adore les animaux , nous reviendrons c'est sûr

Lieu propre, pratique, calme, accès direct à la plage
Formidable séjour dans 1 petit gîte cocoon tout en haut de l'immeuble. On a l'impression de monter dans 1 phare. C'est magique. La vue sur la manche est parfaite. Les 2 petites terrasses permettent de prendre l'air Point fort: les animaux admis sans limite de taille. Nous reviendrons!!!!

Sehr schöner Blick und Wohnung mit Ambiente
Die Wohnung hat aufgrund des Gebäudes ein besonderes Flair. Bilder vom Badezimmer und dem Schlafzimmer fehlen leider, so dass man sich im Vorfeld keinen Eindruck verschaffen konnte. Hier sind Verbesserungen am Bett und den Bettwaren erforderlich.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist einzigartig. Der Hauseingang ist aber in keinem guten Zustand, und die Hausnummer fehlt komplett, so dass wir uns nur mit Hilfe eines zufällig anwesenden Zeitungsverteilers am richtigen Haus melden konnten.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, seule la salle de douche mériterait un coup de jeune, et des rideaux plus occultants dans la chambre. Très belle vue mer de la cuisine et du salon.

Superbe appartement qui surplombe la plage de Fecamp et vous offres des coucher de soleil fantastique…. Nous pouvons parfois apercevoir les goélands … belle expérience à refaire!!!

Au top
Nous avons passé 4 jours au top dans cet appartement face à la mer. Très lumineux, très propre, plus spacieux qu'il n'y parait sur les photos de l'annonce avec une belle chambre non présentée non plus. Nous étions proche de tout, commerces, restaurants, lieux touristiques. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise tout de suite. Le seul petit bémol à préciser pour des personnes à mobilité réduite, le petit escalier étroit en colimaçon pour accéder à l'appartement. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir.

Lage perfekt. Freundlich. Toleranz notwendig.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am sauberen Kiesstrand gelegen. Auch zum Ortszentrum mit Bäckerei und Restaurants ist man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten gelaufen. Die wichtigsten Attraktionen des Ortes kann man auch schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wirtin war nett und alles lief problemlos. Etwas Toleranz war gefragt bezüglich Sauberkeit. Tierhaare haben wir überall gefunden und das Kochgeschirr stand teilweise noch ungespült von den vorherigen Gästen im Schrank. Eigentlich komisch, dass man eine Reinigungsgebühr bezahlt und muss beim Kommen erstmal Haare saugen und Geschirr spülen. Also alles gut, bis auf die Sauberkeit.
