Typical Venetian floors lend charm to this bright second-floor apartment (44 m²) on the Rio di San Polo canal. There is no elevator access.

All of the rooms in the apartment are joined by a front hall (5.6 m²).

The living room (19 m² - northeast facing) has two windows that overlook Rio di San Polo canal. It contains a table and four chairs, a bookcase, a double sofa-bed, a television, a DVD player, and a stereo.

The kitchenette (2.9 m²) is off of the living room, is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences (microwave, refrigerator, and gas stove) and has all the cooking and eating utensils you’ll need.

The air conditioned bedroom (13.2 m² - southwest facing) overlooks Corte del Pistòr and contains a double bed, two bedside tables, two footstools, and a wardrobe.

The bathroom (3.1 m²) is fitted with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

A multilingual agent will welcome you on-site for your arrival and will be there for your departure.

The apartment is situated in the San Polo district. A stroll down the narrow streets in this neighbourhood promises unexpected and picturesque surprises far from the beaten path.

Campo San Polo—skirted by magnificent palaces like Corner-Mocenigo, Saranzo, and Mafetti-Tiepolo—and Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio, with its small church that was one of Venice's first religious buildings, are only a stone's throw away.

Campo San Polo is especially lively during the carnival and in the summer, when you can watch movies under the stars.
