This end-terrace cottage rests on the outskirts of Buckden and sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms.
Dale View is an end-terrace cottage situated within the village of Buckden. It houses two bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double and a twin, together sleeping up to four people. The bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is off-road parking and a rear garden area with furniture. Dale View is a superb base for exploring this delightful part of the Yorkshire Dales.
Amenities: Oil-fired central heating and sitting room with woodburner. Electric range cooker with ceramic induction hob, combi microwave/oven/grill, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, DVD player, bluetooth speaker, TV with Freeview, Super fast WIFI, telephone with free unlimited calls to UK landline and mobile numbers, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and initial logs for woodburner incl in rent. Additional logs for the fire can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels incl in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Village shop, and pubs serving good food within a 2-mile radius. Shop 50 yards, pub 50 yards. Note: This owner requires a £150 Good Housekeeping Bond, the bond is to be paid two weeks prior to the commencement of the stay. Note: No stag or hen parties or similar allowed at this property. Please contact the office if you have any queries regarding this as approval would be needed from the owner. Note: There is a pond in the garden so children must be supervised.
