cosy 1 bed flat & a private yard
Cosy 1 bed flat with decent sized lounge, galley kitchen, compact bedroom with laminate floors, and a private outside space. Shared entrance door with the neighbours upstairs, of choose to use your own back door and yard that is 100% private access.
Who flat has laminated or tiled floors throughout.
Some of the furniture maybe slightly different as I am swapping the dining room table and adding a new sotrage unit in the lounge.
THe kitchen has oven, hob, fridge and full cutlery and crockery for eating and cooking.
Nice little outside space at the back gets early morning sun, but in shade in the afternoon and evening. There is a nice outdoor chair and some where to put your bike over night if you have one or hire one.
Please note that because VRBO dont take passport details etc, I will need to see your passport and take a photo for council tax logging detials.

My university degree is housing management and European Union, and Ive been a landlord for over 30 years.
My other business (since 2012) is running a chalet walking and snowshoeing company in Bulgaria and holidays lets so Ive had lots of practise, but I'm always open to suggestions.
I'm only 6 mins walk from the flat too if you need some help, but I generally leave you alone unless you need me.
The big thing is life should be as enjoyable as possible and I'm a half glass full person, dont get many grumpy days and I have my dog Riley to keep me sane :-)
