Detailed instructions to arrive to the house will be sent you on the morning of arrival, BUT only after having closed the ONLINE CHECK-IN procedure, to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival.

ONLINE CHECK-IN is mandatory by law for information related to the I.D. documents of ALL travellers and for the payment of the city tax.

A member of our STAFF will meet you at main entrance gate to the park and will take you to your house.
Guests enter the private park "Le Agavi": the private road goes up 300 mt between palm and olive trees . Parking next to the house.

A second exclusive parking spot is at disposal in Lerici village, at 3.5Km from home, inside the Limited Traffic Zone, close to restaurants, shops and ferry boats to Cinque Terre and boats rental.

At 30 meters from home, the private swimming pool in common with other appartments inside the same property. Sun umbrellas and sunbeds. The park is totally open to our guests.
Tennis court on synthetic ground, w rackets and balls, for kids too.

All expensesn included: cleaning, private parking in Lerici downtown and commissions. Linen, towels and pool towels.
