very basic

apartment was clean but very run down bedding was poor tiles broken on shower floor no air con just a fan stayed 3 weeks but cleaners only came 1st week no Uk Channels on TV Area is good but would not stay here again Pool area was clean and tidy

Super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. An und Abreise bezüglich der Schlüssel Übergabe war ausgezeichnet. Das Appartement war geräumig und sauber! Alles was man brauchte, war vorhanden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Lovely apartment.

Just home after 17 days in this lovely apartment. Everything you need is supplied, linens and towels changed twice. The apartment looks like it has just been decorated / renovated - kettle, toaster, hairdryer all brand new. One minor thing to mention only one socket in the kitchen so if you want the kettle on whilst doing your toast an adapter is required - got one from one of the many shops on the Avenida for 4 euro, and will use in the future as most places tend to have only a minimum amount of sockets. There were plenty beds around the pool area and the actual patio of the apartment gets the sun for most of the day. Five minutes from the Avenida and all its pubs and restaurants etc. and the bus stop to Arrecife is just over the road. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, and the communication with the owners was great.

Everything you need home from home .Gardens kept very well .Loved the property but for us somewhere nearer the sea and would be perfect !!Excellent response when we had a query from nothing host and onside maintenance. Thank you so much for everything and late checkout

Check-in e check-out in totale autonomia con il massimo della libertà sugli orari. Giorno della partenza ci avrebbe lasciato l'appartamento tutto il giorno!!! Situato in una zona tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi da tutti i locali, negozi e P la Playa Grande. Ottima sistemazione, un nell'angolo fuori con divanetto e poltrona, appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, non dovete portarvi nulla, TV, wifi, stoviglie, giorno a microonde, bagno con box doccia molto grande, lavatrice, phon, ferro da stiro..... Ti puoi godere l'isola con la massima libertà, a Puerto del Carmen, situato a metà Isola, quindi fondo per raggiungere le più attrazioni e località. C'è lo consiglio vivamente, ottimi i prezzi e ottima la comunicazione/assistenza dell'host

Not in Los Pocillos but in Puerto Del Carmen in a RESIDENTIAL complex of poor quality. OVERRUN with cats. They are using A GOOD QUALITY RESORT CALLED HYDE PARK LANE also show it on map as this resort then they put you in a different place called HYDE PARK in PUERTO DEL CARMEN. Total pack of lies. KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS TOTALLY MISSREPRESENTED DUMP.
