Our new house (2012) is located in a small village, quiet, 5 minutes from Audierne.
Very bright, it offers 120 m² modern comforts and sea views from every room. The terrace of 65 m² for enjoying the best exposure throughout the day.
It can accommodate up to 8 people (7 adults and 1 baby) in 4 bedrooms (2 double beds of 160 x 200, 3 beds, 1 cot), 2 WC, 2 separate bathrooms (one with bath, the one with walk-in shower).
The beaches, the nautical center, the diving club and the pier to the Ile de Sein are 300 meters away.

Super schönes Ferienhaus- ideal für Familien und Freunde
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es eine super Ausstattung. Die Terrasse ist großzügig und lädt zumverweilen ein. Von dort kann man auf das Meer schauen. Im 1. Stock gibt es noch ein kleines Wohnzimmer in dem man einen noch schöneren Blick hat. Wir waren rundum mit unseren Gastgebern und dem Haus zufrieden.

Tolles Haus nahe Audierne
Dieses Haus war wie gemacht für uns. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben. Ausstattung, Lage, Vermieter alles Top. Sehr sauber und hochwertig. WLAN top. Sehr nette und reaktionsschnelle Vermieter. Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend fahren werden wir es wieder buchen. Danke Catherine und Thiery!

Wunderbar
Es war einfach nur wunderbar.... Wir hatten noch nie so ein sauberes und top ausgestattetes Haus gehabt. Die Lage ist top. Die Umgebung einzigartig. Nur ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass das Grundstück zur Strasse hin für unseren Hund nicht abgeschlossen war. Der sehr freundliche Nachbar Marc hat uns mit einem Maschendrahtzaun von Ihm dann helfen können. Gruss und Dank Jaqueline Ralph und Gecko

Einfach wunderbar!
Das waren wunderbare zwei Wochen für sechs Erwachsene. Vom warmherzigen Empfang durch die Vermieter (mit Cidre und bretonischem Kuchen) bis zur Abreise war alles einfach schön. Das Haus ist in einem Top Zustand, es ist alles in großer Menge vorhanden. Der Blick von der Terasse, dem Esszimmer aus dem ganzen Haus ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Haus vorbehaltlos empfehlen!

Très agréable
Très belle semaine passée dans cette maison vraiment agréable et très bien située. La maison est très bien équipée, facile à vivre, la décoration est soignée, la literie parfaite, propreté impeccable. La terrasse parfaitement orientée pour profiter du soleil toute la journée et le salon de l'étage permet de profiter d'une vue imprenable à la tombée de la nuit. Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil attentionné et toutes les informations utiles qu'ils ont eu à cœur de nous donner pour que nous profitions pleinement de notre séjour.

Wunderbares Haus
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem schönen Haus. Es ist top ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Lage sehr schön und absolut ruhig. Ein wirklich idealer Ort zum Entspannen und Abschalten. In wenigen hundert Metern ist man am Meer mit schönsten Wanderwegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufgeschlossen, herzlich und hilfsbereit.

un coin de paradis à ne pas manquer!
Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal unsere Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Ausstattung und Komfort lassen keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt .Zu Hause am Meer. Denn auch die Lage ist hervorragend und der Blick auf das Meer atemberaubend und beruhigend zugleich. Selbst wenn das Wetter einmal nicht so gut ist, kann man dank der großen Fensterfront jede Minute genießen. Besonders in dem mit Panoramafenster ausgestatteten Lesezimmer in der ersten Etage, lässt man den Tag gemütlich ausklingen. Für Wanderbegeisterte ist der Küstenwanderweg in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso perfekt ist die Lage für Ausflüge in gemütliche Fischerstädtchen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. C'est la deuxième fois que nous avons passé nos vacances dans cette maison de charme, dont nous avons été ravis dès le premier moment. Elle est très bien équipée et décorée avec goût.Tout est prévu pour le bien vivre des locataires.On se sent immédiatement à l'aise et " comme chez nous". En plus , la maison est extêmement bien située avec une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle.Et même quand il fait mauvais temps, on peut profiter de cette vue grâce à une immense fenêtre panoramique dans le salon de lecture au premier étage.Idéal aussi pour les amoureux de randonnées, le sentier côtiers est à deux pas.Les propriétaires sont très acceuillants et toujours disponibles pour répondre aux questions, en cas de besoin.

Very nice house close to the coastal path
The house is situated very well close to the coastal path and also to Audierne. You can start discovering the beautiful coast line a few steps away from the house (and walk along all the way to Pointe du Raz). The house is in a very quite and relaxing neighborhood and we enjoyed the silence. Inside it really offers all you need, everything is new and in a good shape. We will definitely come back soon! P.S.: I would highly recommend the restaurant L'Iroise in Audierne.

Nous garderons longtemps le souvenir de cette semaine passée dans cette belle maison moderne, tout y était parfait: équipement, confort et vue. Si comme nous, vous avez craqué sur les photos alors foncez vous ne serez pas déçus. Location parfaite pour une bulle de calme en famille, pour les runners et randonneurs le sentier côtier est au bout de la rue :-) Merci encore pour le bon accueil des propriétaires et leur gentillesse!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus
Wir haben als Familie einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist in jeder Hinsicht perfekt, angefangen von der Technik bis hin zur optimal ausgestatteten Küche, die u.a. alle Werkzeuge für Liebhaber von Meeresfrüchten bereithält. Der Platz ist mehr als ausreichend, der Blick auf das Meer sehr schön und die Gegend ruhig und erholsam. Die Abwicklung durch die Vermieter war sowohl vor der Ankunft als auch während des Aufenthalts sehr professionell und der Empfang sehr freundlich und persönlich.

Traumhaus mit Meeresrauschen
Ein echtes Schmuckstück, in jeder Hinsicht weiterzuempfehlen! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und eine grandiose Aussicht. Man erreicht sehr schnell fußläufig den Strand St. Yvette und ebenso schnell den Küstenwanderweg mit vielen Felsen zum Klettern für unsere (nicht mehr so kleinen) Kinder. Außerdem bietet das Haus mehr als ausreichend Platz für die persönlichen Dinge, die man so mitnimmt. Es gibt also genug Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern, im Bad ,Wohnzimmer und auch in der hervorragend ausgestatteten Küche. Sehr positiv war auch der Kontakt zu den freundlichen und sehr zuverlässigen Vermietern.

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung
Wir wurden von den Besitzern sehr freundlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das Haus ist gut und schön eingerichtet, neu und sehr sauber, die Küche ist top! Wir konnten während einer Woche richtig entspannen und das Deck mit der tollen Aussicht geniessen. Die Umgebung bietet für jeden etwas. Wir waren mit unserem Hund viel auf dem Küstenweg unterwegs, der am Ende der Strasse durchführt! We loved the house and specially the deck with view of the sea. Everything is new and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The owners are very nice and helpful. We loved hiking on the nearby coastal path with our dog and enjoyed the town of Audierne with its port.

Wonderful !
We spent two wonderful weeks in Esquibien. Is there quiet, ideal place to recover from stress of the city. The home is very comfortable and functional. Kitchen is very well equipped. The entire home and garden are very very clean! Upon arrival greeted us very nice lessor with family, we've had the feeling we are with visit to best friends.

Fantastisch!
Ein herrliches Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung. Moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, tolle Ausstattung, großes Grundstück und traumhafter Meerblick vom Haus und der Terrasse. Gute Gelegenheiten zum Wandern und Joggen auf dem nahegelgenen Küstenwanderweg. Nicht zu vergessen die herzlichen und freundlichen Vermieter, die sich rührend um alles kümmern. Die 14 Sonnentage haben natürlich auch nicht geschadet...

très bon séjour
bonsoir nous avons beaucoup appréciez cette location maison spacieuse ou rien ne manque vue sur la mer vraiment superbe surtout au niveau de l'étage du salon de lecture lieu de repos et de contemplation.nos enfants et petits enfants ont bien profités du sejour avec une meteo mitigée mais qui ne nous a pas empéché de sortir et de faire de très belles randonnées ainsi que des visites aux alentours encore merçi aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse la famille le provost

Herrliches Haus in toller Umgebung
Das Haus ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, top-gepflegt und blitzsauber. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir wurden vom Eigentümer freundlich empfangen, er war auch während des Aufenthalts immer erreichbar.. Die Bilder entsprechen 1:1 dem derzeitigen Zustand. Die Küche ist klasse ausgestattet, zu ergänzen wäre lediglich ein Dosenöffner und ein Gurkenschäler. Die Lage ist ruhig (Sackgasse), der Blick in jede Richtung umwerfend. Wir empfehlen Haus und Eigentümer uneingeschränkt weiter.

Dans votre maison, il nous a suffit d'ouvrir la porte, d'y déposer un pied et puis d'y entrer tout entier pour vivre des moments de pur bonheur. Chaque pièce est aménagée avec soin, chaque objet, qu'il soit utilitaire ou de décoration, a sa place. Les fenêtres avec vue sur mer laissent entrer la lumière à profusion. Les sens en éveil nous en avons profité pleinement. Merci pour votre accueil. belle année à vous et à l'an prochain.

fabulous house
We had the privilege of being the first people to rent this beautiful house. It is extremely well-conceived, spectular views, quiet neighborhood, easy access to town, restaurants, grocery stores, beaches and trails. The owner welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Everything is brand new, fully functional and esthetically pleasing. The house is the perfect spot to explore the region or to stay put and simply enjoy the immediate surroundings. We highly recommend the kouign-amann and the bread of Ti-forn in Audierne. We went there every day!!
