The house spreads out on two levels: on the ground floor you will find a living area with sofa bed, TV and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a room with a double bed and a kitchenette, a dining table and chairs.
From here you have access to the terrace, furnished with a table, chairs and deckchairs for your complete relaxation.
The terrace boasts a breathtaking view on the olive trees and the sea on one side, while on the other side it overlooks the historic center of Ostuni; the building is in fact located below the town walls.
Guests will benefit from an outodoor parking slot inside the property.

Ten minutes away on foot from the apartment our guests may find the pearl of Valle d’Itria, Ostuni, known as the White city. Its historic centre, of a dazzling and immense white, shows its best with the famous Cathedral that dominates the olive trees plain, the park of the coastal dunes and a crystal clear sea. They narrow alleys are very particular, as well as Piazza della Libertà and S. Oronzo column, that majestically protects the city.
Its countryside reaches the heart of Valle d’Itria. Our guests can easily discover the amazing places of our land from here: Ceglie Messapica, historic town with a strong food and wine tradition; Cisternino, known as one of the most beautiful village in Italy; Alberobello, which is famous for its ancient dwellings, Trullos, world heritage since 1996. 30 kms north our guests can visit the archaeological park of Egnazia, or perhaps Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, old fishermen villages with evocative historic centres and enchanting beaches. Going further north, guests can find Bari, Eastern threshold, meanwhile going south they can discover Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi and further Lecce, capital of Barocco.
Taranto, the heart of Magna Grecia (ancient Greece) is west of Ostuni, and then Matera, particular for its Sassi and nominated European capital of culture for 2019.
Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes) are the closest airports to Ostuni.
