Kitchen and utilities: 2 x built-in electric ovens, electric hob, 2 x American-style fridge/freezers with water dispenser, 2 x built-in microwaves, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 x  dishwashers, wall-mounted Smart TV (sky package), four breakfast bar stools, 2 x washing machines, tumble dryer.
Facilities for families:  Travel cot, baby crib, steriliser, audio baby monitor, baby bath tub with thermometer, baby room thermometer and nightlight available on request.
Outside: Enclosed lawned garden, patio, outdoor table and chairs to seat 12, barbecue, sun loungers and views over the estuary.
Pets: 2 pets allowed - £25 per pet per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment. Please enquire should you wish to take an extra pet.

Changeover time:  Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am.
