Spacious and very bright apartment located 5 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach of Torremolinos! On the first floor of a very pretty residence, with a nice green garden and a large swimming pool and paddling pool for the little ones. The marble floors make it very pleasant and cool even in summer. It is equipped with two spacious bedrooms including a master suite overlooking the large terrace. A large living room, a kitchen, a 2nd bathroom and the 2nd bedroom has its own balcony. The apartment has just been renovated and tastefully furnished. Another plus, not insignificant, the supermarket that is right next door, so no need for a car during your holidays!

Merveilleux voyage

Je recommande à 100% le Condo dr Magali. Déjà, Magali est spectaculaire, toujours attentive et à l’écoute. Le Condo est propre, bien meublé et équipé, en plus d’être très bien localisé (environ 8 minutes à pied de la plage et une vingtaine de minutes du centre-ville. Tout à côté vous y trouverez un grand mer ado/Aldi. La terrasse du Condo s’avère grande et propice à la détente après une journée de visites. Nous y retournerons définitivement 😁

Séjour magnifique

Je ne peux que conseiller cet appartement. Propriétaire très sérieuse et responsable. En effet, Tout ce qui se montre sur le site concernant cet appartement est vrai. Très propre. A 400 mets de la plage. Avec un hypermarché à coté très pratique et pas du tout bruyant. Merci Magali pour votre sérieux!!! Ca fait vraiment plaisir d'écrire ces lignes.

The property location is great. Close to everything, beach, restaurants, major highways, airport, huge shopping mall, you name it. Quiet and private, large, you have all you require inside, literally do not need to bring anything along. Absolutely sufficient for the family of 4 people. It is 30 minutes away from the center of Malaga or Marbella in case you want to see all the beautiful places around. The Host Magali, is extremely helpful available for any help immediately. Stayed there for 2 weeks hopefully we'll visit again very soon.

Lovely apartment

Nice little apartment not far from all the restaurants and beach. We’ll equipped but would be nice to have sun beds at the pool but maybe that’s because it’s more residential. Good communication with the owner.

L'appartement à tenu toutes ses promesses. Hyper bien situé, au calme, proche des commerces et de la plage et très bien agencé (top confort). Merci à Magali pour nos échanges et sa réactivité. Nous y reviendrions les yeux fermés !

Wohnungsumgebung glich einer Baustelle

Alle Apparate und Installationen in der Wohnung haben gut funktioniert. Die Terrasse konnte nicht benutzt werden, da ALDI gleich nebendran eine Grossbaustelle noch für einige Zeit zu einer lärmigen Angelegenheit machte. Zudem hat ein Nachbar gegenüber dem Haupteingang eine kleinere Baustelle in der zweiten Woche aufgemacht, gleich unter den Wohnzimmern. Es hatte kleine Ameisen, va. im Essbereich, einen lärmigen Aufzug und keine Föhn. Wir haben uns zu dritt also mehrheitlich am Strand (gute 10 Minuten Fussmarsch entfernt aufgehalten. Ich habe Magali darüber schon informiert. Von der Baustelle muss sie gewusst haben. Für die nächsten Monate können wir also diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen.

Everything was ok except for the construction in the neighborhood which was not forewarned. It made a lot of noise on weekdays.

Supermarket next door is a building site and has been for some time.

The property was fine, but the building site next to the apartment wasn't. The apartment is still being advertised as having a supermarket next door. However, it has been demolished and being rebuilt. Very noisy work started at 8am. The noise and dust made using the terrace during the day impossible. If we had known about this in advance, we would have cancelled and rebooted elsewhere.

Amazing apartment, amazing host

Apartment was even better than the photos; all very new and clean. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking and storing food, especially important as travelling with our 7month old. Magali the host was fantastic, always available and very quick to come back on any queries we had. Pool was perfect size and very quiet throughout the day. Short walk to beach and restaurants so very quiet when at apartment but not secluded at all. Short walk to Lidl which we’d often do on way home from beach. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Great vacation

Magalis apartment was very nice and have everything you need for a great vacation. The shady terrace was lovely in the heat. Magali was very kind and helpful. Short distanse to the beach and everything else you need.

Fabulous Apartment in a great location.

We had a lovely holiday here in Spain for a week. The apartment was excellent, even nicer than the pictures. It was very tastefully decorated, the kitchen had everything you would need & even a welcome pack with essentials for the kitchen. The complex had a lovely swimming pool set in a nice garden area. The location was perfect, about 5/10 min walk to beach, restaurants & promenade. Magali the owner was easily contactable & answered any questions we had promptly & even checked in with us the day after our arrival to see if everything was okay. I would definitely stay here again.

Sehr geschmackvolle Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist das lichtdurchflutete Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Den Kindern hat am besten der Pool gefallen. Die Terrasse ist etwas schattig, aber schön groß. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr zuverlässig und durch die räumliche Nähe ganz problemlos. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

quiet location, nicely furnished

We run a holiday property in the UK, if it's been vacant before new guests arrive we're happy to let them in early, so we were thrilled to gain access to the apartment at midday rather than wait until 4pm. Similarly when we left at 4pm rather than 11am. Many thanks. It's a lovely place to stay, feeling more like a residential block than holiday apartments, well furnished with everything you need. One exception is the lack of kitchen cleaning equipment; no cloth, liquid, sponge or brush (maybe an oversight). The bed & seating both comfortable. The only real draw back is that the apartment and terrace get no sun what so ever. This could be a blessing in the height of summer, but in March it was a bit disappointing.

Traumurlaub im Oktober

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll/modern eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts (Küche mit Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil, Nespresso-Maschine, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, ....) Zwei Bäder mit Teenagern waren wirklich toll! Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Wohnanlage. Der Fußweg zum Strand dauert gemütliche 10 min. Wir hatten einen Leihwagen, da war der Tiefgaragen-Stelllplatz praktisch. Die Terrasse ein Traum - mit großem Tisch und Stühlen zum Frühstücken. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief super unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Die Agentur ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (300m). Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Skøn lejlighed

En meget rummelig og dejlig lejlighed med stor terrasse. Lejligheden er godt indrettet og køkkenet har alt det man skal bruge. Den eneste ulempe for os var, at store træer skyggede, så ingen sol på terrassen.
