This superb lodge rests on the outskirts of Newton Abbot, Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Birch Lodge is a lovely lodge situated on the outskirts of Newton Abbot, Devon. With all rooms on the ground-floor, there is a spacious open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Discover two bedrooms, a double and twin, able to sleep a total of four guests and served by a family bathroom and en-suite shower room. Outside has a wrap-around decking area with furniture, as well as ample off-road parking. Birch Lodge is a wonderful choice for a seaside break to the Devonshire countryside.
Amenities: Central heating. Electric oven, fridge freezer, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available by request. Off-road parking for two cars.One well behaved dog welcome with an additional charge. Sorry cats are not allowed at this property. Wrap-around decked area. Shared outdoor heated swimming pool open 8am-8pm, May-Sept. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and fishing lake on-site, pub 1.7 miles. Note: There is a dedicated electric vehicle charging station on site which is payable at reception. Note: only Saturday arrivals accepted between 19th July to 30th August.
