apartment on the third floor with four balconies overlooking the sea. Totally renovated 3 years ago. Early 20th century building with completely renovated elevator. Located in the historic center within walking distance of everything, transport, restaurants, bars, shopping etc. Equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms of which one has a good sofa bed. Mixed modern and anti-Sicilian furnishings with partially original floors, partially with exposed beams. Top floor has a communal terrace with breathtaking views to enjoy a sunset. Two bathrooms one ensuite with hydromassage and Turkish bath. Second bathroom with normal shower. I would be available to help you.
