1st Floor Direct Beach Access 2 Bed 2 Bath, 5 Star Reviews, Very Clean. All New!

The property has been totally rebuilt due to the damage from Hurricane Ian. EVERYTHIG IS NEW! The pool and grills are new, tennis courts are open. This is a ground floor 1,235 square foot condos that is beautifully decorated. You can walk right out from your screen enclosed lanai to the gardens of the center courtyard and then down to the pool and beach. It features an extra large Screened Lanai, two Bedrooms, two Baths, Great Room, Dining Area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Everything is new including furniture, 3 new TV’s, new flooring, new bathrooms, new impact windows and doors, new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. The master bedroom is luxurious with a King sized bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds, with new bedding and a beach theme. Electronics include a 55” flat screen TV, a TV in each of the bedrooms, WIFI internet.

This condo has a well stocked kitchen with every small appliance you might need. It also includes beach chairs, sand toys, and a cart to carry everything in.

A heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffle board and BBQ grills are just a few of the amenities at Loggerhead Cay. Smoking is not permitted within the condo.

Loggerhead Cay is very well maintained, landscaping improvements are underway. It is located on the easily accessible east end of the island, minutes from the Causeway. Once on the island you can access Loggerhead, and its beach, while avoiding the traffic on Periwinkle.

We love staying at this condo. Everything was exceptionally clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the many conveniences in the condo and the closeness of the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. This was our first trip to Sanibel since Ian and we were excited but a little apprehensive too. This rental couldn’t have been any better for our return. Steve checked in with us throughout and we had no problems. The unit is just as pretty as it looks in the listing. Bonus: the shelling and dolphin sightings were spectacular!

Beautiful Condo
We have rented from Steve and Wanda many times and have always found their unit in immaculate condition. Besides being a first floor unit which is great to transport luggage, it is a short walk to the pool or beach. For us, it is the perfect vacation to travel to Sanibel, enjoy the many fine restaurants and just relax and enjoy the beauty of the island.

We have been coming to Sanibel for over 20 years, and simply love it. We made the annual (sometimes twice) trek from our home in Ohio. Our first stay at Loggerhead Cay was in February, 2017. It is by far our favorite resort, our best stay! We closed on our condo on May 1, 2017.

The grounds are extremely well kept, the walks and parking lots are pavers, the pool is in a beautiful setting surrounded by palms. The beach is a very short walk, no streets to cross. Every amenity is well done, tops. The Condo Association board maintains tight standards, which keeps Loggerhead Cay highly desirable.

Why they chose this property

Aside from being first class in every respect, the access to Loggerhead Cay avoids to heavy traffic on Periwinkle. You simply cross Periwinkle, head straight for the gulf beach, and one right turn gets you to Loggerhead Cay.

What makes this property unique

If you are into relaxing on the beach or around the pool, you found the right place! Loggerhead is extremely well kept, a short drive to several great restaurants and shopping.
