La Mediteranea Villa Apartments: Flat by the pool
La Mediterranea Villa Apartments is the ideal place for a family holiday, where you can feel at home. With a lovely sharing pool area, that our guests can enjoy & make memories to treasure. Since we are located in the northern part of the island, you are never far away from the lovely beaches this part of the island has to offer, or, the scenic treks found especially in the North.
La Mediterranea Villa Apartments are made up of two apartments x two bedroom apartments.
The pool side flat sleeps up to 5 people : Main bedroom with one king size bed and spare bedroom with 3 single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped both with Air condition units (at extra charge, these are coin meter operated) & ceiling fans. In this apartment one will find a lovely modern shower room, a kitchen equipped with all the utencils & cutlery that one might need, as well as living room & dining area combined. This apartment is bright & airy. It is also the one closest to the pool area, which makes it ideal for an early morning swim.
These apartments have use of a beautiful sharing swimming pool & a large deck area, with 8 sun loungers. There is also a charcoal BBQ which is available for the use of guests. The guests also have access to a sharing laundry room.
We live in the villa above the villa apartments, therefore we interact with our guests, we can offer suggestions of places to visit while on the island, or if one needs to book specialised trips, like a private sailing yacht, we can organise it for you.

Mellieha is a very picturesque town in the very north of Malta. Our beautiful island is blessed wth fantastic weather 80% of the year. We do get tempretures of up to 24dgrs during the months of February & March. Apart from having the most beautiful beaches on the island, Mellieha also has the best trekking trails as well. The beautiful Mediterranean Sea is never out of your vision on these trails.For those that love mediterranean cusine, Mellieha offers some of the most highly acclaimed restaurants. What I love about Mellieha the most is that although it is the northest part of the island, it has so much to offer, from the beautiful beaches & sea, to the fantastic walking trekks, to the magnificent sights, the wonderful restaurants & best of all, the friendly people. There is a sense of a community, that you won't find in the more central & commercial part of the island. The villa apartments are situatued in the exclusive area of Santa Maria Estate, this is the most exclusive address on the island, it is also a very quite, peacefull & clean neighborhood.

These apartments have use of a beautiful sharing swimming pool & a large deck area, with 8 sun loungers. There is also a Stainless Steel Gas BBQ which is available for the use of guests. On the pool deck we have a shower with water heater & a spare toilet, making it very convenient for families travelling with young children.
The guests also have access to a sharing laundry room.
We have a lovely herb garden which are guests are welcome to make use of during their stay.
