There are a further two doubles, a twin with en-suite cloakroom, a triple bunk with en-suite cloakroom, a family room with two children's bunks and double basin, a second floor king-size double with en-suite cloakroom, two second floor king-size doubles and a second floor pull-out trundle bed, sleeping up to 29 guests altogether. The interior also boasts a bathroom, two shower rooms and two cloakrooms as well as a kitchen/diner with gas fire, a utility, a sitting room, a conservatory/dining room a snug room and a library. You also have a bar, a drinks wash room and a function/conference room with a DJ booth in an external building. Outside is a large lawned garden with wheelchair ramps, decking area and gas heaters.
