About this property
a lovely apartment in sculptor´s house overviewing a railway
It s a lovely fully equipped apartment above the house I live. It has a balcony overlooking the railway and a tennis court,which can be a picturesque touch. The train does not pass at night. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, wi fi, TV, kitchen and a bathroon. There is a direct access to the common area of patio and barbecue shared with me. Easy access to the city center ( 15 min by train). A quiet and green neighbourhood, near the River Rio de la Plata and a presidencial residence. The pets are welcome! Transfer from the airport on the request. I am a tango dancer and teacher myself and offer tango classes and one night tango experience in Buenos Aires
