Engine House is a detached cottage situated in the village of Bridford in Devon. Hosting two bedrooms; a double and a twin, along with a bathroom containing a bath with shower over, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside there is an open-plan living space containing a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with french doors leading out onto the patio to the front of the property, with picnic bench and sun loungers. To the back there is an enclosed garden with more seating, and there is off-road parking available for four cars. Engine House is steeped in history giving the property fantastic character that will enhance your experience of the gorgeous Devon countryside.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and TV with DVD. WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for four cars. Enclosed garden to the back, and garden and patio to the front. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 0.8 miles. Note: The back garden is multi-level with some steep areas. Please note: the road leading up to Engine House is a farm track
