A lovely period property retaining many original features and providing quality accommodation for four people. Located in the heart of Whitby, close to the famous Pannett Park and near to restaurants, shops, bars and cafés, with the beach and harbour a short walk from the town centre.
Ground Floor
With a private courtyard garden, 20a St Hilda’s has a superb, fully equipped kitchen, with granite work tops, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine.
There is a spacious dining room with table and chairs to sit and enjoy meals together plus a sofa and a wood burning stove.
The comfortable sitting room has a TV/DVD player and French doors opening into the courtyard.
First Floor
On the first floor is a good-size bedroom with a king size bed, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobes. There is a small study, an ideal spot to sit and read.
The charming house bathroom has a free-standing roll top bath, shower attachment, WC and hand wash basin.
Second Floor
On the second floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with a shower, WC and hand wash basin.
Outside
The pretty enclosed courtyard is planted with tubs and climbers for colour plus there's outside seating - this relaxing area is perfect for enjoying the first cuppa of the day or an evening pre-dinner glass of wine before cooking or going out to sample one of the many superb restaurants, all within easy walking distance.
Amenities: Central heating, with woodburning stove. Oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine, TV/DVD player, WiFi.
