4 person holiday home in Toftlund

This cottage with whirlpool is located on a quiet road in Arrild Ferieby. The well-equipped kitchen from 2013 is in open connection with the cozy living room, where the wood stove provides heat during the cold periods. There are two bedrooms with good mattresses. The bathroom has underfloor heating, shower and whirlpool. The house is well furnished and is clearly marked by the owners themselves holidaying in the house. In the conservatory you can read a good book or enjoy a cup of coffee all year round. There is also a large wooden terrace with good garden furniture and barbecue as well as two sun loungers available. The entire garden is fenced so the dog can run free. There are only approx. 500 m to a 9-hole golf course and approx. 1500 m to Arrild swimming pool. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
