This beautiful 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house has been COMPLETELY renovated and redecorated, including a new bathroom, kitchen, and all new flooring and furnishings!

There is an attached studio with an additional living space, 2 beds, kitchen and bathroom that can be rented out separately. Let us know if you are looking to add some additional space.

Only a 5-10 min walk to the beach, and only 45 min-1 hour to Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios, the house provides you with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in a home away from home. With a total of 5 beds, this property sleeps 8 comfortably. Here is what the house includes:

Everything was great except the parking. Had to park 2nd vehicle a block away at the library. 2nd parking is reserved for the smaller/seperate part of the unit. We stayed at the 3 bedroom 1 bath side. Place was clean, comfortable, cozy and fully equipped to feel like home away from home.

Nice house and location!! When you look at pictures of the house it looks like one house but there is one end of the house rented to other guest. You have to be very quiet so if you have smaller loud children this may not be a good idea.

The house itself was neat and clean. We had no complaints with the house. It was exactly as we expected. The area closer to the beach was a little "sketchy" and run down. Having 2 vehicles in our party and having to park one of them a block away and walking back and forth was a little inconvenient, but thankfully, the weather was nice - no rain and not too hot or too cold. Overall, I'd rent the property again for a short stay, as we did this time for the night before a cruise, or a longer stay for a Cocoa Beach vacation.

Great location, nice space

We stayed one night before our cruise (7 of us). It was a great property, walking distance from the beach. No issues, everything as expected. Checkin, I missed reading a step - you MUST email back to the policy email with "I agree" or something like that to trigger the email that gives you the correct door code. I've never had that before.

Nice clean place

A little frustration with communication. Wanted badly an early check in and check out. Impossible. The worst thing was the owner gave us the wrong address. 100 Polk Ave is City Hall. No idea why he did that. I think he was very distracted cuz his wife was having a baby that day. I guess he sure deserves to be distracted. I hope all went well for them.

No air conditioning

The temperature inside when we arrived at the property at 3:00pm was reading 82. We set the thermostat at 69 and left to go check out Cocoa Beach and when we returned to the property a couple of hours later, the temperature was reading 77. We turned off all lights and left again to go to dinner. When we returned from dinner around 9:00pm the temperature was still reading 77. I called the listed contact number for the host and the calls went straight to voicemail three times. On the fourth call I left a message explaining the issue, and the host never contacted me back. It’s now been three days and I still have not heard back from the host.
