About this property

Cozy Orange Beach Home in Quiet Neighborhood

Welcome to Sandy Bottom, where we want to make vacationing affordable and relaxing. This is a comfortable beach-themed home located in a quiet neighborhood in the wonderful city of Orange Beach, Alabama. This clean, cozy home is located about 5 miles from the beach, and just a few minute’s walk to Bear Point Marina and OSO restaurant (0.8 miles). Barometer Tiki & Raw Bar is located at Safe Harbor Sportsman Marina and are just about a mile and a half away.
This quiet home away from home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with plenty of room for your family to spread out, relax and entertain. The home has a beautiful kitchen with plenty of cookware items to meet your needs while on your stay. The dining table seats five. The living room is neatly arranged for television viewing and family/friendly conversations. One couch will fold out for into a queen memory foam sleeper and other 2 are full sized sofa. There is also plenty of room in the living area to add an air mattress for additional guests.

Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. All beds are dressed with comfortable white linens. We have 2 full bathroom with tub/shower combination made of cast iron tub with cultured marble surround and cultured marble vanity tops. We have plush towel sets of 6 in the bathrooms for your comfort. The place is also equipped with a washer, dryer and dishwasher to make living easier while you enjoy your stay.

The outside of the house it is equipped with a very large covered area that includes a quiet seating area with patio lights, charcoal pit and a gas grill.
There is plenty of parking to accommodate 3 vehicles and still room to park your boat.

Provided are two beach chairs and beach towels for your use.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m. If the house is ready prior to 3:00 p.m. we will contact you to get you in there early.
Damage deposit is required and will be refunded through VBRO within 7 days provided post rental inspection passes.

Nice place to stay.not too far from beach and everything else and not to close to be caught up in traffic in very nice and quite neighborhood it was a very peaceful stay I would visit here again

We have stayed at this house several times over the past few years and have always enjoyed our time here (I think we have stayed 8 times). Patrick is a great host and has always been quick to respond when we have questions. The neighborhood is quiet and is not far from all of the attractions in Orange Beach. We look forward to staying again in the future!!

Nice neighborhood and property

We had a blast at the “White House” it was the perfect location for our small family. Close enough to the beach and all the fun but far enough away that we had quiet time when we most needed it. It was clean and had all we needed. We will definitely return to enjoy this property again!

Great spot right in bear point. Very clean. Updated bathrooms. Living room is huge with a pullout bed. Host was awesome to work with. Kitchen has everything you need. Stayed for a week with my two daughters and and will definitely stay again in the future!

Boater Friendly

I needed a place to stay that I could park my boat/trailer not far from a launch. This place fit the bill perfectly. Even better was how clean I found the unit when I arrived. Will rent again for sure.

We have stayed at this property multiples times and it never disappoints.

Great house that is reasonably priced and close to most everything! Would recommend to anyone :) Only recommendation to the home owner is to add a mirror of some sort in the bedroom connected to the bathroom. With only 1 bathroom in the house it is often occupied when everyone is getting ready. With the closet remodel, the mirror was omitted and definitely missed this trip!
