It houses two bedrooms, comprising of a super-king-size with freestanding bath and en-suite shower, basin and WC and a twin bedroom (zip/link beds, can be made into a super-king-size bed on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample off-road parking, a patio area with furniture and hot tub and a lawn area. The Aspens is a superb base for exploring the delights of this part of the Pennines.
Amenities: Oil underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Wine chiller, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. as well as towel robes and hot-tub towels in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed patio area with furniture and hot tub and lawn area. Chiminea / BBQ. One well-behaved Pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 4 miles, shop within 5.8 miles. Note: Pets are not allowed upstairs. Travel cot available on request. Stair-gates and highchair available. Stair gates are at top and bottom of stairs. Please note: This property does not accept booking that start or end on a Sunday and those that start or end on a Saturday are by request to the owner.
