Offering free WiFi and garden Square and city views, this Modern Luxury Notting Hill apartment is beautifully presented, quiet and comfortable as well as in the middle of all the great amenities of Notting Hill in London with its fantastic restaurants, great shopping but also quiet and colourful, elegant streets. Housed in a Grade II listed white stucco building dating from 19th century, it is positioned extremely luxuriously at the very top of the building with a lift. This apartment is 500 meters from Kensignton Palace and its Orangery as well as Hyde Park amenities with its Serpentine Gallery but also horse rides, boats and walks, as well as next to Portobello Rd and 1.7 miles from Lord's Cricket Ground and 1.8 miles from Natural History Museum and the Royal Albert Hall. Marble Arch/Mayfair is 20 minutes walk and Knighstbridge (Harrods) 30 minutes walk via Hyde Park.

The apartment features a spacious separate bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobe benefiting from amazing views of Notting Hill rooftops as well as a sunset, a wonderful living room with a very comfortable sofa bed which turns into superior king bed as well as floor to ceiling windows to the balcony overlooking a green private Notting Hill Garden, and an elegant bathroom with a high pressure shower.

Great locality, lots of lovely eating places & pubs. Excellent transport links & so very handy for Hyde Park. Apartment very high standard, balcony a welcome option as London was so very hot and humid. Would use again.

This apartment was exactly as stated. RAF was a pleasure to deal with. The location was so central. Close to 3 tube stations and bus stops. It made getting around very easy. Very quiet neighbourhood. Would recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful apartment for the month of September. Very clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Loved the balcony. Perfect location

We had a great time staying at this Baywater apartment. The apartment is within walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, tube stations, Kensington Palace, Notting Hill, and many attractions. It is very clean, and it has everything that are listed in description. We definitely will stay in this apartment again next time we visit London.

Nice location and decor

The property is nicely updated and decorated. It's conveniently located near two underground stations. The only negative that we were told upon check-in that the bedroom window was broken and couldn't be opened. This made it quite uncomfortable to sleep during a summer visit.

Great Bayswater Flat

A great find in this lovely area. Flat was very clean and comfortable. Close to several tube stations, nice restaurants, cafes and pubs. Had everything we needed. Would happily return here on our next visit to London.
