Views

The house was lovely and felt bigger than it appeared in the photos . The outdoor dining and lounge area and garden far exceeded our expectations! The sea views were amazing. It was great to have some parasols there to borrow. The local beach was beautiful and your photos did not do justice to how lovely it is. Many thanks

Schönes Haus mit einer fantastischen Aussicht

Wir (eine Familie mit 3 Kindern) haben eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Haus verbracht… das Haus ist wie beschrieben, die Außenanlagen sehr schön und der Blick aufs Meer einfach nur fantastisch… das Meer ist über eine längere Treppe und eine Unterführung schnell und gut erreichbar. Anzumerken wäre, die direkt am Garten vorbeiführende Küstenstraße - uns hat sie allerdings nicht gestört… der Strand ist einer der schönsten in der Gegend!

Het huis staat in een klein vakantiedorpje en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Veel trappen in het huis en naar het strand (106). In het huis is alles aanwezig, goede bedden en aircondition. De keuken is klein, om voor een gezin te koken is wel een uitdaging. Goede oven, koelkast en vriezer, Het strand en zwembad (1 euro per keer) zijn goed te bereiken en dichtbij. Prachtige, schone, heldere zandstranden, je zwemt soms tussen de blauwe vissen. Voor boodschappen, restaurantjes en winkeltjes op Villasimius aangewezen. Daar zijn we vaak geweest. Een boottocht vanuit de haven in Villasismius met Tour Express vonden onze kinderen erg leuk, vooral het zwemmen en snorkelen. Voor cultuur moet je naar Cagliari(1 uur rijden). Ook hebben we nog een pastaworkshop bij Amkina gevolgd (folder bij toeristbureau; amkina.com). Erg leuk om te doen en om te proeven. Wanneer je van zon en strand houdt, is dit een heerlijk gezins/familiehuis om te verblijven.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder im Alter von 7, 13 und 17 Jahren) hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet - und vor allem die Terrassen bieten viele Möglichkeit sich draußen aufzuhalten, wenn man nicht unterwegs sein möchte. Der Weg zum Pool ist nicht weit; allerdings muss eine Straße überquert werden. Das Meer ist über einen kleinen Fußweg - inkl. Stufen und Unterführung - schnell zu erreichen. Es ist ein schöner, kleiner Strandabschnitt - für Familien ideal - inklusive einer Strandbar in den Dünen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Die Vermieter Denise und Stefano sind sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Ein sehr netter, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt - sowohl im Vorfeld, als auch vor Ort. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

Agosto a Porto Sa Ruxi

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per due settimane in 4 adulti e 2 bambini; la proprietaria è stata molto ospitale e disponibile. Abbiamo trovato la casa molto pulita al nostro arrivo. La casa è in una posizione strategica sia per raggiungere le vicine spiagge di Villasimius sia perché offre la possibilità di accedere alla spiaggia di Porto Sa Ruxi direttamente con la propria auto e senza il pagamento del parcheggio che altrimenti sarebbe di 10 euro al giorno. Spazi interni adeguati e spazi esterni ampi e fruibili a qualunque ora del giorno con una splendida vista sul mare. Location che sicuramente merita le 5 stelle.
