Great location cleaning was bad

Great location situated next to the complex and restaurant. Good park resort. We had a issue with the cleanliness that should get addressed as was not cleaned to standard I would expect. But the cleaning company was a external one just need to be regularly checked up on before a booking.

a good place to stay

The only problem we found was the from the camp is a bit of a maze and people double parking makes it a bit tricky. The shop on the camp is a bit of an early close. . 6 o'clock? and the fish and chip sp was cosed at 9pm on Friday. bit of a shame and you have to drive some milk or some hotg food that spoiled the stay..

Not what we expected! 😟

Caravan was near the reception (playing boom, boom music all the time) obviously the place isn’t for older people unless your caravan is on the other side of site or across the road. Parking car outside the caravan, very small area (luckily have a small car!), so no where to sit outside the caravan (never been on a caravan holiday where you can’t sit outside caravan)so unable to relax outside caravan. First night (Saturday), caravan next door occupied by 2 young girls, had visitors from 4 young boys - all with cars, surrounding our caravan, music/screaming girls till at least gone 2.00am - can’t believe there is no night security! Thank god it was only the one night - as we were thinking of returning home mid-week if they had continued. Amazing how the lads were allowed to park their cars where caravans were waiting to be put on a plot. But when I enquired if I could put my car where 2 of the lads had parked theirs I was told ‘No’ as they would would need access to the caravans awaiting to be taken else where on the site. Just didn’t feel comfortable where I had to park my car, as too near road.

Long weekend

Arrived early evening after long drive to visit very elderly sick grandad Caravan spotlessly clean and everything you need , very well equipped Those were the positives however then the problems started No gas Radiators worked in the beginning then stopped working Worst of all the toilet made the loudest gurgling noise which lasted two hours a time , I phoned emergency number who sent a security guard around ( lovely chap ) who changed the gas bottle but he couldn’t fix the loo , was informed plumber would come next day , waited in until 10:30 am but had to go , returned at 5:30 no one came , another night listening to the blasted gurgling , every time I turned a tap on it made the worst noise you could hear from outside , luckily I told the kids to turn around and go back home as they were half way up to Yarmouth, we used the 4 quilts to keep us warm each night so kept warm , so in summary I suppose these things happen, and at least the wife and I got away on our own for a couple of nights

Good getaway

Close to all the entertainment and swimming pool and a quick walk to the beach. The property had all the things we need and extra.
