About this property

The Antonio Rancheras reflects our mid century/ bohemian, comfortable style. Walk to shops and restaurants on the famous El Paseo, float the day away in the tranquil pool. We come here to RELAX and have some FUN and we want you to do the same!

We have recently added solar, a new HVAC system, high efficiency pool pump and pool heater. *Please note pool heating is NOT included in your rental fee in the winter months.

-Brand-new independent air conditioner & heater. The casita gets cold air and heat from the forced air system for the whole home, but the wall unit provides that extra bump should you need it.

* Please note- it does NOT include computer, printer, keyboard, mouse, cables or any other peripherals. The iMac you see in the picture was placed for the photo and is not part of the rental.

The main house has 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and large kitchen with all new appliances. Designed with entertaining in mind, The Antonio includes all the amenities needed for a carefree vacation!

Bring your kids or have an adults only trip. No matter who is on your A list of guests, everyone is sure to enjoy our breath-taking over-sized, sparkling pool. Float the day away, BBQ on our patio grill or walk to El Paseo for dinner and drinks. Most importantly, relax and enjoy the space we have created especially for you!

A perfect home base for Coachella, Stagecoach, tennis tournaments, bike trips and a quick ride share to Palm Springs.

Wonderful experience!!!

The property is better than the listing. The lovely backyard with pool and fruit trees is amazing and huge!!! Pool is big enough for laps! Backyard furniture is perfect and high quality. Also super private and quiet. The trees provide some shade and it’s all super well maintained. Gas grill was nice too. Owner was always quick to reply and super helpful. She really went above and beyond. As other reviews note you can’t get a better location. You can walk to lunch on el paseo in less than 10 mins. Also close to College of the Desert and their street fair, the mall and a Walgreens 2 mins away. House is well stocked and super clean and well furnished. Plenty of room for a family. Casita is like a converted garage but is spacious and our friends enjoyed the privacy of a separate entrance. We would definitely stay again!!! Had a wonderful experience!! Highly recommend.

Best vacay ever!

We stayed at the property for the month of June 2021 and had a fantastic time! Communication with Kimberly the host was seamless, and she was available any time we had any questions. Sometimes with a rental house you wind up spending a ton of time, effort and money trying to bring or purchase necessities to make the stay comfortable and feel like home, but this property had everything we could possibly need from towels, linens, pool floaties, spices in the kitchen, dishes, cookware, etc. All we needed to bring was ourselves and our suitcases. We had several 110+ days during our stay, but we barely noticed because the pool kept us cool and comfortable when outside and the AC was perfect indoors. The kids loved playing for hours in the pool, and the adults enjoyed some rest and relaxation floating the day away in the water and drinking cocktails on the beautiful patio. The BBQ was a nice perk, as well, and we cooked many meals outside after the sun went down. My 12 year old daughter was so sad to leave and has already begun to beg for me to make a promise that we can return next year and do it all over again. Thanks so much, Kimberly! We hope to be repeat renters sometime in 2022!

The location of the Antonio Rancheras home was superb. The ability to walk to the best restaurants and world class shopping was fantastic. Kimberly was the best to work with and handled every question in a very thorough and quick manner.

Home away from home

The property is not new, but is clean and has character. Cannot beat the location. The pool was wonderful. There are afew things that can make your stay even better(table and chairs for 4 outside, cable tv,). The fruit trees were a real bonus. Overall really enjoyed our stay. Real homey. Thank you Kim

Great Location - Excellent Host

This home is located in a great location - withing walking distance to El Paseo, McCallum Theater and the 111/Westfield shops and restaurants. We spent many hours in the backyard - enjoying the pool and extra-large patio area and side yard. We also indulged on the grapefruits, oranges and lemons from the trees on the property - it was a real treat. Kim, our host was extremely nice and helpful. She made our stay very pleasant. Kim, thank you for being a gracious host.

We love Palm Desert! As entrepreneurs in the hospitality business, we thought it only fitting that we try our hand at vacation renting. We live and work in San Diego with our 2 boys. While San Diego is a vacation destination itself, we love to escape to the tranquility Palm Desert has to offer. We hope you enjoy our space as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

This property is in the middle of it all. The major cross streets are Hwy111 and Monterey (hwy 74). El Paseo is in walking distance as is the Starbucks that is on the adjacent corner. Wholefoods is a 2 min drive. With a 10,000 sq ft property, there is a lot of room to spread out. Even if you bring several friends, you can party (just not after 10pm) when you want or escape to some peace and quiet time of your own.
